Convenient but SmallPosted Aug 16, 2014
Pros: The property is very conveniently located within walking distance of the visitor's center, dining, and shopping.
Cons: The reliability of the Internet service needs significant improvement.
Location: The visitor's center is a must for first time guests. We ate an outstanding meal at Nikai just down the road a couple blocks.
Our sub-ground room was dark and disappointing for the exorbitant price charged. While everything was clean and neat, the property is tired with lots of nicks and scratches. The room was small, smaller than an average motel room. We did enjoy the kitchenette and small table for our breakfasts. We booked into Jackson late, and we had few options in town. I would not choose this property again.

Good but not greatPosted Aug 16, 2014
It was an easy walk to downtown where all the action is. Rooms where very clean, but the beds were very firm. No extras like a swimming pool, rec room or even a breakfast. Even with that said it was still a nice place to stay.

Dirty!!!Posted Aug 4, 2014
Man this place needs cleaning pointers. Black smudges on wall, dirty spray around sink, coffee maker full of old coffee grounds... Gross!!! For the money it cost, this place was not to standards.

Okay...Posted Aug 2, 2014
Cons: Lighting, noise.
Location: It's close to all the shops, restaurants, and entertainment in Jackson Hole.
If you do book a room here, make sure you are not on the bottom floor. You will hear everything that goes on in the room above you. The rooms are very basic. The room we stayed in had one king bed, a very small kitchenette, bathroom, a tv... no dresser. The lighting was horrible, even in the bathroom for doing make-up. The shades in the room are useless, as the sun comes shining in early in the morning. But it is close enough to walk to downtown Jackson Hole, which is nice. :)

Good deal for walking distance to downtown JacksonPosted Jul 31, 2014
Pros: I loved the "vintage" lamps, the wood cabin exterior, the size of the room. The beds were very comfy after sleeping on the ground for 4 nights.
Cons: Check-out time at 11 instead of 10. NICE signs stating charges rather than the Grumpy Paper.
Location: Easy walking to downtown Jackson. Walk to the Million Dollar Cowboy Bar, Cafe Genevieve (chicken & waffles!), etc.
I would call this about a 2 star hotel. The outside looks nice, but it is very old inside and it shows. But, we got 3 queens in two separate rooms, a kitchenette, functioning heater and A/C (we used both), nice hot shower, and a balcony (with a view of a construction area and the highway in the foreground, the beautiful hills beyond), all for half of what most 3 star places in town were charging. The staff looked tired and stressed, but they did their job. There was hot coffee in the morning and a laundry room for drying our wet stuff. The only real negatives were the really weird carpet in the room and the Grumpy Sheet handed to us at check-in, warning of charges for all sorts of things. I think it is a given that guests will be charged for stealing things from the kitchen. Handing me a paper stating the charge would be $50 per item just made me want to take something.

Hotel was very old and out dated. People who own it and run it very friendly. Cost was way to much!

Only if its the only place let in Jackson Hole.Posted Jul 28, 2014
Not very friendly at check in. Room was very cheaply put together. Paper wall...said kitchen...not even close...cheap towels...tv size was like the size of a laptop computer....very old motel..

Jackson is a very expensive city, so I guess that this is what you get as a bargain. Room was dirty. There is a full kitchen, and it is easy to get out of town going north, but I would not stay there again.

Beds very hard room smallPosted Jul 21, 2014
Pros: We needed a place to stay and expedia had few choices. This was on the edge of town so we could leave early without traffic
Cons: Variety of pillows in room. Expedia messed up reservation
Location: Edge of town. Cody Center is great museum cluster and nice cowboy music show and/or rodeo in the evening. Shoot-out at 5 pm
Air conditioning was slow to cool the room, because room was small, poor air made it stuffy and hard to sleep. Hard mattress, flat pillow didn't help. Average small breakfast.

Hotel close to Tetons Nacional Park.Posted Jul 18, 2014
Rooms were not cleaned properly. The hotel has a great location in relation to national parks.
