“Great experience to Jackson Hole”

We had a awesome time on our visit to Jackson Hole. Hotel Terra was a great place to visit with beautiful view of ski area, Jackson Hole valley, and Teton range. Great staff and hospitality!!! Can't wait to return for ski season!!

Very nice layout and design. I particularly liked the "green" aspect of the property. During our stay (end of June '09) there was quite a bit of construction due to their expansion. This was a bit annoying, but the friendly and attentive staff made up for this inconvenience. Seriously, the staff was EXCELLENT!

“Would highly recommend”

We have stayed in a lot of nice places, but never this nice. It was very clean and quiet. We never heard anyone in adjacent rooms. There is free laundry on each floor, which was unexpected. The bed was very comfortable with huge pillows. The staff couldn't have been friendlier. We stayed 4 nights and on our 2nd night, we received a message on our room's voicemail asking if they could do anything to make our stay better. Also there was wonderful shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, along with super plush towels and robes.

“Will go back as often as possible”

Fantastic Hotel! Great environment, excellent decor and design. Everything about it was clean and orderly. The hotel is LEED certified, basically meaning that they are environmentally responsible ( I guess a plus if you're into that sort of thing). My wife thought that was pretty neat as she is an interior designer and studied about all that kind of stuff to get her degree. There are absolutely no complaints about this hotel, it is fantastic. One thing to note however - though not a con, the hotel restaurant is pretty upscale, can be very pricey (definitely not for children). The food was excellent though and it was a fun atmosphere.

“Very friendly staff, excellent service, would definitely return.”

Liked it. Room was smaller than I expected. Faucets were weird, as someone else mentioned in a post. Service was outstanding.

“Excellent say from quality of the room to restaraunts.”

All great with THIS hotel. It's green conscience but one would never be inconvenienced by this. The restaraunts were phenomenal regarding food and service. Staff went out of their way to be friendly and customer friendly. Overall: It was an excellent stay.

“Terrific option in Teton Village”

Reserved this room months in advance in anticipation of a cycling race. The staff was prepared and responded quickly to every request (extra blankets, a crib, location of the Jackson hospital--- a friend overdid it at the race!). Everyone we ran into---bellmen, maids, check-in staff--- was exceptionally friendly. Location is excellent and in the heart of the Village. Walking distance to any of the restaurants or shops. They did not allow bikes to be stored overnight in the room but were VERY accommodating in storing them in a locked location off the garage, without charge. The one minor complaint was that the second bed (we required 2) was a murphy bed. It was comfortable, just not what we were anticipating.
