The Parkway Inn was a great value considering the prices of other properties in Jackson. The mattress had a considerable swale in it but otherwise the room was comfortable.

Blankets were super light and felt flimsy. Fell on ice in parking lot. Mirror was clearly cleaned with a dirty rag. People had taped napkins on the various smoke detector lights. People were nice though. It’s Jackson so everything’s a little overpriced but I was disappointed with the facility for the cost.

Nice room, lots of closet space, great location for walking around down town. Comfortable bed & pillows. Enjoyed the pool, hot tub, sauna & gym. Was here early November, so the shoulder season & had the amenities all to ourselves. Coffee & snacks in the lobby were nice.

The room was a nice size. The bedside lamp was a bit faulty but we could eventually get it to work. We could walk to dinner which was really great and the lap pool was convenient.

Different property. No elevator so luggage had to be carried upstairs. Lobby closed between 11pm and 7 am. Doors are locked and can’t go out front door. From our room which was right above the lobby. We had to walk to opposite side of hotel go down stairs and walk back to other end of hotel to get out when lobby was closed.One day no one was at front desk when we left at 9am. Our room was beautiful, clean, had 2 bathrooms and a balcony with seating. Staff was wonderful and housekeeping couldn’t have been better however the locking of the doors was strange and made us wonder had there been an emergency with no staff on property what would happen??

Carpet needs deep cleaning and staff were mediocre at best, but room was clean, great downtown location. The hotel has it’s own parking lot but there is no guaranteed parking. Extra pillows were appreciated.

We had a room on the first floor - as an older building, we could hear the people upstairs when they were walking around. The floor squeaked, A second floor room might be better.

Love the location it was convenient to restaurants convenience store and the bus to Teton Village was just across the street ($3 exact change). The grab & go in the lobby was awesome! Except can’t access after 11pm. Lobby was closed & locked.

Good Room - Terrible Service and Noise
I had booked and paid for the £300+ room in Feb 2023, when we arrived around 4pm our check in was smooth and friendly. However when I went to our room I discovered it was the last room on the ground floor directly opposite the noisiest ice maker I have encountered in 30+ years of global travel in 5 star hotels. It was so loud and continuous you could hear it throughout the corridor but worse, it was very loud in our room with the door closed. I went to reception politely mentioned the issue and was told by the female reception employee that there was nothing they could do as the hotel was fully booked. To my surprise she offered a fan, and when I asked how this would stop the ice machine loud noise, she explained it would provide ‘white noise in our room to distract us from the external noise while we slept’ She was being serious! Her male colleague then stepped in and showed me on his screen that they had no alternative rooms. I accepted this but asked who should I complain to as I was not satisfied. He refused to give me a name, I then asked he come to my room to see if I was being unreasonable. He did and proceeded to remove the filters bashing them outside to remove the build up of dust. This didn’t change the machines high pitched continuous noise. He was angry with me so I suggested he come into the room to see if I was being unreasonable he refused. He then said he would turn it off but that it would upset the other guests, trying to make me feel bad. Not happy

We were placed on the 1st floor. The floor above us squeaked when the occupants above us walked on it. Real. The sound is loud enough to wake you up, constantly. One guy attempted to change room, but got denied. The bathroom is extremely small, I have taken 2 pictures for reference. Bathroom is tolerable, but not the squeaking sound. Since one has 50 percent chance of being placed on 1st floor, I will definitely would not stay in this place at all costs.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel while we visited grand Teton national park. And it is very conveniently located to dining and shopping. It’s across the street from a really nice park. The only issues I had were that the staff did not seem happy to have you there. It felt like we were an inconvenience. The other thing I will mention is there is no elevator, and the stairways are extremely narrow. Upon arrival we had to lug our suitcases, all the way up the stairs by ourselves, and the same when we left. The rooms themselves are beautiful and all of the furnishings inside the room are top quality. One other thing I forgot to mention is that the lobby closes at 11 PM and doesn’t open until 7 AM so if there’s an emergency through the night there’s no one on premises to help.

This was a great stay from check-in to check-out. Only issue was the odor of the room. Very musky ? Not a lot of fresh air I’m guessing. Loved the western decor :)
