“Happy Travels”

Great place to stay. We felt pampered every step of the way. The restaurant was amazing and the staff outstanding. Hopefully we will be able to return to Jackson Hole and would only consider the Rusty Parrot for our stay.

“Hotel staff very friendly and will go back and stay there again.”

The hotel staff was very friendly and someone was there to assist me at all times. I became sick on day two of my stay and staff very concerned and made sure that I was checked on. Did not disturb me but sent up hot tea and crackers as I requested. Helped me set up travel arrangements and assisted me with minor details. Dinner outstanding and service exceptional.

“Splurge on this! Rusty Parrot is amazing!”

My husband and I first stayed at the Rusty Parrot 10 years ago, on our honeymoon. Even though it is a bit pricey, we decided to splurge and return to celebrate our 10-year anniversary! It was certainly worth the extra money. If you can afford it, stay here and make sure to get an amazing massage in the Body Sage Spa! Jackson Hole is beautiful and wonderful, and coming back each evening to our blissful room was perfect. The only negative in booking through Expedia is that the breakfast is not included at the lower rate and can be a bit pricey in the lodge's restaurant.

“extremely confortable, friendly and reasonably priced for the service provided”

We wouldn't say any place else if we ever get back to Jackson WY. Excellent staff & excellent restaurant in the hotel. Made us feel extremely welcome. We will recommend to anyone going to Jackson.

“Very Impressed!”

The hotel staff were at our beck and call! This small boutique hotel was a highlight of our cross country drive. What service!! The rooms were comfortable and clean. We were facing the street and there was virtually no noise in the room. They have a great wine selection, cozy library and hot tub (only seats 4). The only negative was the restaurant. Quite pricey so we only ate one breakfast there and it wasn't memorable. But with so many other options just a 4 or 5 block walk away, that wasn't an issue for us. And did I mention the service? Very accommodating! :^) To be fair, it was shoulder season, in May, so not as busy as it could have been, but that probably wouldn't have mattered. Definitely will go back.

“Classy and comfortable lodge with true Wyoming spirit - won't disappoint”

Intimate feel with good amenities. Outdoor fireplaces and cozy hot tub on deck is great spot to view the beautiful scenery and full moon.

“Friendly and first class accommodations”

The Rusty Parrot is a very lovely little inn, decorated very attractively and tastefully in a way that portrays the Jackson Hole area very appropriately. The restaurant in the inn has excellent food, although we preferred the breakfast to the dinner. Breakfast prices seemed more reasonable also. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The location is across the street from a park and very convenient to downtown but far enough away that street noise is not a problem. Every afternoon guests are able to help themselves to delicious freshly baked cookies available in the sitting room and hot tea in the restaurant. The Teton Mountains National Park is about 10-15 minutes away, and Yellowstone is about an hour from the Rusty Parrot.

“Fantastic Hotel - Fantastic Staff!”

The staff was friendly, helpful, and went the extra mile for us every day. The restaurant was excellent. Despite there being ongoing construction, our room was quiet and we enjoyed our stay. Each day, our bed was turned down and a teddy bear was in a new pose. A couple of chocolates and a poem was left by the bed. The bath tub was large and comfortable. The bathroom was very large for a room of this size.

“Will definitely return.”

Wonderful visit to the Rusty Parrot. Spa services were great. Excellent food beautifully prepared for our anniversary dinner. Our room was very comfortable and the turn-down service very nice. Really enjoyed the nightly goodies and poem. Location was perfect - within walking distance to the square and shopping. Hotel staff very nice and helpful. Loved the cookies in the library every afternoon. My only small issue was that breakfast was not as well done as dinner. Scrambled eggs very dry, oatmeal not salted. I must admit I'm a bit picky about food! Will definitely return and have recommended to others.
