“Extremely Satisfied”

This hotel was exactly what we were hoping for when we booked our trip. Extremely clean, welcoming staff, great rooms and "comfortable" environment. The spa/locker rooms were wonderful, especially the 16 head massage shower and the rainfall shower. The spa treatments were pricey but well worth the expense. The food was incredible. We ate in the restaurant, at the lounge and also ordered a "to go" breakfast to bring to the airport with us. We can't wait to go back!!

“Beautiful hotel with great staff!”

We stayed at the Snake River Hotel on the first and last nights of our vacation to the Tetons and Yellowstone. The staff is amazing and friendly starting with the valets and ending with the bartender, Sam. Every staff member we encountered was polite and friendly, the room was nice and the shower was great! Since we spent most of our time outdoors, we did not use any of the facilities and I felt it was a little unfair to be charged the $25 Resort Fee. I did take my son to the pool on the morning we were leaving and thought I would let him swim for an hour or so, but the pool was covered with heating blankets. So, we spent $50 for something we never used.....Only negative out of the stay. We ate dinner in the bar area as the dining room was closed for a private function. Sam the bartender had only been on the job 4 days, but he was amazing and handled the bar and seven or eight tables efficiently. I would recommend this hotel!

“Loved everything about the resort”

I loved the fact that it was so close to the airport, and had it was easy to navigate around to Jackson and the national parks. The spa was wonderful and I highly recommend the salt scrub and swimming inside and outside in the pool! It was heated and so amazing. The views were spectacular. The staff was friendly and accomodating.

“Terrific hotel & spa”

This is a delightful hotel. Friendly, helpful staff and a terrific full service spa. The only negative was that parts of the hotel were overly heated. Our room was about 80 unless we ran the a/c or opened a window, even though the outside temps were much cooler. That makes all their talk about how green the hotel is sound silly. But otherwise, its a great place to stay.

This hotel was unbelievably wonderful. From the moment we pulled up to the front of the hotel we were treated like royality. I was sad to leave and am ready to head back to Jackson Hole soon!

The hotel was beautiful. We only ate there for breakfast, but it was always a treat. The buffet always had fresh fruits, plenty of selection, great coffee, and there was also a full menu. We enjoyed the pool. We also liked the adults-only lounges for the spa upstairs.

“Excellent Place To Stay”

my wife and I had a wonderful stay at the snake river lodge. Service was very friendly and efficient. Guest services/ concierge excellent for 2 people who were not familiar with the grand tetons and the national parks. Dining also was very good (although we only had lunch and breakfast in the dining room). Staying in the Teton Village was a good call for us, as it balanced the rustic nature of the region, with ammenities that we wanted out of a hotel
