Beautiful hotel & great staff!
Posted Jan 18, 2013
Pros: The staff were excellent, hotel was clean, up-to-date, had a great indoor/outdoor pool. and game room
Cons: Not too many choices for meals in town. We drove back to Jackson Hole to eat which is 10 miles. We thought the hotel cost was a bit pricey.
Location: The scenery was beautiful and we even saw a moose on the drive back to Jackson Hole.
The décor for this hotel is awesome and I couldn't believe how helpful the staff were. The valets were so kind, courteous, and helpful! The concierges were helpful to find antique shops and restaurants in the area. The newest concierge gave us excellent advice for our travel route to our next destination. A down side to the location of this hotel is the distance to have many choices for meals. We drove back to Jackson Hole to eat which is 10 miles. We thought the price was a bit pricey but the hotel was clean, up-to-date, had a great indoor/outdoor pool. and game room. I would recommend this hotel!

Not Just for Skiers
Posted Jan 17, 2013
Pros: Location, cleanliness, amentities.
Cons: better informed concierge
Location: 1 mile from GTNP. Central to stores, activities, restaurants
This charming hotel sits conveniently near the middle of Teton Village and during the summertime is watched over by spectacular snow capped mountains. The price/value quotient was high. Clean rooms, fun indoor/outdoor pool, and warm and inviting lobby. Outside your door are activity/general stores, casual restaurants (sit down and food trucks) and a playground. Also, you can just leave the hotel and immediately begin to hike the slopes to take in the views of the valley from on high. The breathtaking Grand Teton National Park is minutes away. Jackson a short and scenic 15 minute drive. We really enjoyed our stay.

Poor Internet Speed
Posted Jan 17, 2013
Pros: Nice location and pleasing rooms. The staff was friendly and efficient.
Cons: Increase the internet speed or don't charge the outrageous resort fee.
Location: 12 miles from Jacksonhole and short distance from Teton.
The staff was good and took care of every detail. The wireless internet provided a strong signal; however, the internet speed was comparable to dial up of 15 years ago. The resort fee that is so common now is nothing more than a way to charge more for rooms as it is not optional. The bathroom jetted tub had no leg room.

So Much Potential
Posted Jan 13, 2013
Pros: Rooms were spacious and had a large tv
Cons: SERVICE!
Location: 1 mile from the Grand Tetons National Park and less than 10 miles from Jackson Hole Wy
This facility has so much potential to provide travelers with a fantastic experience but falls way short due to staffing. The Hotel is understaffed. The Valet parking attendant also doubled as our Bellsman. When we checked out my wife and I drug our luggage through the parking lot to get to the desk(short cut) because we were unable to contact front desk. When we arrived we determined the reason was the front desk clerk also doubled as the Valet. The hotels restaurant was closed for evening meals but the bartender would serve you from their menu in the bar? Average entree price was $35 served by the bartender. The "market" was out of diet soft drink. After requesting two times to have the items restocked I was advised where a convienience store was where I could go to purchase theses items. Really? We were unable to adjust the AC in our room to our compfort and woke in the middle of the night kicking blankets off. Would not suggest this hotel to anyone. Very unhappy

Great Location
Posted Jan 11, 2013
Pros: The location being in Teton Village is a great area.
Cons: Cost of $25 a day for hotel services.
Location: Lodge is only 2 miles Teton National park and 10 miles From Jackson Hole.
The Lodge is nice, but as with any lodge you get the Lodge noise. What I mean by that is you can hear everything above you and around you. If your neighbor above is heavy footed as ours was, you'll ear every step. The Lodge is nice and from what I observered one of the better in the area.

Lots of smells and summer construction
Posted Jan 9, 2013
Pros: Lobby, décor.
Cons: Prices, accurate service from the wait staff. Front desk not happy we used Expedia.
Location: Great view of the tetons from the east side, not the west. Mangy Moose bar is great. This is a ski village.
Decent hotel, OK room. Drinks WAY too expensive. Back deck right below our balcony was just treated, the gas from it about knocked us out when we went on the first time. Resort adds an extra fee to a high room rate that "allows" you to use the pool. Got hit with DDT smell when we went for a walk. Helicopter trying to kill Pine beetles that are killing ALL of the trees out west. Didn't get the room or the view the front desk told us we would. Also lots of dust and road construction right out front. Local pub the Mangy Moose was awesome tho.

Lodge Stay
Posted Jan 7, 2013
Pros: Just about everything.
Cons: We believe it should be posted that there is a mandatory $25 daily charge for staying at this lodge, this is to cover the ambiance and mandatory valet
Location: Great location for hiking, wildlife sightings and beautiful scenery.
From check-in to check-out we were treated with kindness and professionalism. The valet staff were very knowledgeable of the area and had an answer for all questions. Very quiet. After days of hiking it was a pleasure to come back to a room where we could rest uninterrupted by voices or loud footsteps.
