Tricky extra fees.Posted Apr 5, 2015
Used Expedia to nab what I thought was an awesome 50% off deal. With the added taxes and fees at time of purchase it pushed the room to about $100 - which I figured and was my budget. This was a non-refundable transaction. Upon check-in, I was charged a $29 "resort fee". I had no choice but to pay it. Would've liked to have known about it up front. Room was lovely - especially liked the carpet which had knitting stitch patterns. I'm a knitter so it was extra cute to me. This is the shoulder season for ski towns, so I thought I'd be cashing in on a deal to help fill rooms since skiers aren't. During the day there was a bulldozer running constantly in view of my balcony. Also, the city bus stopped every 30 minutes right beneath my window. Although I thought staying away from the hubbub of town would be peaceful, relaxing was not happening. Breakfast was not included. There was no room service. I would not stay here again unless I really wanted to be right at the slopes during ski season.

Great in-town hotel.Posted Mar 12, 2015
Pros: The lobby and fireplace were nice and cozy. Our room was nicely decorated with a great view. Bed was comfy. Bathroom was very nice.
Location: Very close to shopping and dining. Shuttles run frequently. Great for skiing!
We loved this hotel! The minute we walked in, we were greeted by friendly staff. They gave us great suggestions for shopping, dining, and skiing. Our room was nicer then expected. Updated bathroom and very comfortable bed. Very quiet at night. We loved everything about it. It is convenient to downtown and shopping. Will absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it. Again...the staff were wonderful!!!!

Nice hotel for enjoy jackson holePosted Feb 28, 2015
Pros: Atmospher was good.(Lighting, 24hr pool or fireplace) This hotel has a ski/snowboad rental shop and it is possible to buy lift ticket of jackson hole.
Cons: It was a little loud the sound of the air conditioner's on/off, so I turned off the air conditioner when I sleep.
Ski in ski out for Snow King Mt. & convinient access for Jackson hole by START Bus. Easy to go to shopping in town of jackson. And free Airport Shutle for Jackson Airport.

Ski resort hotelPosted Feb 21, 2015
Cons: Please put your guests with no dogs away from the guests that have dogs in their rooms. The dogs in the rooms around us barked a lot.
We were in Jackson for the Cutter races and stayed at the hotel because it had a restaurant on location. It was Valentine's weekend and very busy in the restaurant but they did a great job. The room had nice linens and really nice fluffy towels. Coffee pot in room with coffee at no extra charge.... really nice bonus. We would stay there again.

Good value; large space; exceeded our expectationsPosted Feb 11, 2015
Cons: Small coffee maker--maybe 2 people at the most.
Rented 2 bedroom Snow King condo--couldn't tell from the description online, but this was on 2 floors and could have slept 8 (Murphy bed and fold out sofa). 2 bathrooms and showers; laundry. Plenty of space for our group with a large living room and fireplace for meal gatherings. It's a short walk to the hot tub (not appealing in bad weather), but you could drive it. Easy walking to downtown. Would stay there again. If you want upscale luxury, this isn't for you. If you want a nice, pleasant and economical base of operations for your stay in Jackson Hole, consider this. Yellow Line bus to JHMR leaves from hotel lobby area.
