Just a place sleep

It is not easy to find a place to stay, unless you want to spend!

Basically satisfied

Posted Sep 23, 2014
It is written on the hotel website that the check in has to be before 6pm. I was worried about that because I tried my best but arrived at 6:30. The staff was very friendly and she told me the office is open till late at night. The bed was clean. The AC works. That is was I expected at a motel thus I am satisfied. A towel was dirty. The faucet and drain in the bathtube were not good. But I was still able to have a shower so I was OK with it.

Old smelly room

Posted Sep 20, 2014
Room was smelly, noisy , large open gaps between air conditioning and wall . Office was closed and no coffee available as mentioned during check in . almost no parking available. Shampoo bottle looked as if it were refilled.

Don't stay here!

Posted Sep 15, 2014
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything. Get them off Expedia to protect other families and their vacations.
Location: Yellowstone and Teton National Park are wonderful as was the Saturday art in the park. But that was after we stayed somewhere else!
We showed up with our two kids after a long day of travel to be told they had sold our pre-paid room and they frequently messed up Expedia reservations. They had no problem finding my reservation and remarked on my good rate and then told me they did not have a room. When I expressed frustration the clerk Christine use explicatives to tell me she was sick of listening to whining travelers and good luck finding a room. Luckily, Expedia was very helpful in finding us a room in a fully booked town. I will use Expedia again as we would have been stranded in Jackson Hole with two kids without them.

Very noisy!

Old and outdated. Paper thin walls, too much noise, unable to sleep. Too pricey for what you get. Would not recommend!

I said I wound never stay here

Posted Aug 10, 2014
Pros: Location out of Jackson traffic, great personnel.
Cons: Rooms are DARK! Adding a nice center ceiling light would cut out the drab atmosphere. Larger TVs
Location: What can you say about Jackson, WY? Best place on earth to visit.
I have been visiting Jackson WY for 18 years. I always said to myself as I drove by this motel, "That is the one place in Jackson Hole I'll never stay". Well, I had to be there for work and the entire area was booked. So there I was. It was much better than I expected front eh external look. The staff is wonderful: friendly , efficient, reliable. The rooms and facilities are VERY BASIC. Not much to write home about. But clean and even as a loan female, I felt totally safe. Cutty's Bar & Grille is nice with good food an very affordable.

Cons: Tighter fitting door. I don't think I'd want to stay there in the winter.
Location: Grand Tetons National Forest. Downtown Jackson
Water was brown and COLD when you first turned it on in the shower.

Staff is great.

It was a place to put our heads at night and have a shower in the morning. We were surprised that it was so expensive for what you get. But, location is everything. It is in a prime location, although turning into the parking lot was a bit tricky crossing traffic on Hwy 22. There was a microwave and a refrigerator in each room along with an Albretsons supermarket across the street which helped with the food bill.
