Affordable accomodations in Jackson HolePosted Sep 10, 2014
Pros: Pricing compared to other accomodations in the area. Clean and plenty of room.
Cons: Update the property. The furnishings need to be upscaled.
Location: Good location. Near all areas wer chose to visit on our vacation
It was difficult for my husband and I to find affordable accomodations in the Jackson Hole area. While our condo at The Aspens was affordable, clean and offered us plenty of room, the interior was dated.

Great place to stay, but needs newer appliancesPosted Sep 5, 2014
Pros: Location was great and the accommodations were good.
Cons: Newer appliances
Location: Yellowstone, Jackson Hole, Tram rides in the Teton village, hiking, etc
The location was ideal, in between the village and downtown Jackson Hole. The address provided by my Expedia confirmation brought us to the maintenance/management office, not the location where you actually check in and pick up keys. That was very confusing/frustrating especially after a long flight. The biggest complaint about the house was the dryer did not work and of course we find this out at 11 pm the night before we leave. We had to hang clothes all over the house and hope they would dry overnight. The dishwasher was also flaky. Both racks could not be pulled out at the same time otherwise the entire dishwasher would tip over and the racks/dishes would go flying out!

Condo is fine but getting the keys is an ordealPosted Sep 1, 2014
Alerted owner I might be a late arrival at time of reservation. No special instructions printed out on the Expedia reservation page. Website says office is open until 10:00 no need to call if arrive before then--Arrived at 8:30 to find office actually closed at 8:00. No instructions on how to proceed on Expedia reservation print out. Called number listed on Expedia and never got a call back. Asked around at the general store for the Aspens and was directed to a condo box at a sports club in the adjacent strip mall. Unfortunately didn't realized there are two sports clubs within 100' of each other and of course we picked the wrong one. Answering service for the wrong condo association was very nice and directed us to try Teton Village (7 miles away). Finally found a condo box and phone at Teton Village and answering service gave us the combo to a box that had our keys in. Drove back and after holding flash lights up to every sign we saw, finally located the condo in the dark a good hour after arriving. Definitely not a fun way to start a stay.

Nice location, close to the Grand TetonsPosted Jun 26, 2014
Cons: Read above Statement
Location: The Grand Tetons are standing majestically above the whole valley. Numerous walking.biking trails everywhere. Close drive to Jackson, WY
If I had to find it in the evening or late at night, I would have never found it at all. Thank goodness it was day time when we were trying to find it. The building was numbered, but none of the units. It was a by-guess and by-golly chance of finding the right unit. The screen/patio doors were not in very good shape, the screen door being ripped along one side. The wooden dowels to help secure the doors were worthless. Kitchen was OK, and so narrow that only one person could be in it at a time. Furniture for bedroom was too bulky for the room size with a mirror tucked away in the closet. Closet had plenty of hangers to our surprise.

JHRL treated us wellPosted Jun 23, 2014 on Hotels.com
When we arrived to check in at The Aspens, we were told that it wasn't possible to provide us with a place with a king bed as we had booked it. That was important to us and after a bit of hemming and hawing, the people at JHRL wound up moving us to a 2 BR/Loft condo adjacent to Teton Village. We were very happy with the place we wound up and quite pleased and impressed by the service from JHRL.

Room was Nice but Beware of the Condo ManagementPosted Oct 9, 2013 on Hotels.com
My husband and I traveled to Jackson to meet family who lived there. The condo was clean, comfortable, and well stocked with kitchen supplies. We were just 5 miles from the city of Jackson and had no problems finding our way around town. Our trip was perfect. Unfortunately the condo management accused us of carpet damage after we left town. I cleaned the condo like it was my own home and know there was No damage when we left the room. I find it disheartenting that we stand accused of someone elses mistake or bad judgement. Remember to add extra $$ above the regular price for bumping up the Insurance or Stay away from the Jackson Hole Condo business!!!!

Address given is a maintenance workshop. If you are luck the lovely girl in the workshop will tell you to go 4 or 5 miles down the road and find the Sinclair garage and then find the office to book in and get your key. If you complain about wasting half an hour find this office, you are told (rudely) It is your fault because you booked through Hotels.com.Then you drive another 4 miles to find your room. hotel.com what are you doing about this?

Respite at Jackson HolePosted Sep 21, 2013 on Hotels.com
Contrary to some other reviews, we found the process of checking in and locating our condo to be very easy. It was a bit out of the way (actually less than 10 minutes from Jackson Hole) but was nice to get out of the traffic in town. The condo was very comfy and nicely appointed, it even had a fireplace which we would have used had we been staying there more than two nights. Compared to the prices at the lodges in the Park system, it was a bargain. A package of locally ground coffee, which was delicious, was provided, along with everything necessary to prepare a meal. We were very happy with this rental, just wish we could have spent a week there. Oh, and on the road to the condo was the only time we saw a moose after touring all of Yellowstone and the Tetons!
