Nice décor, great breakfast, staff not helpful.

Posted Oct 19, 2014
Pros: Breakfast was very good.
Cons: Hire front desk personnel that are more caring about their guests' needs.
Location: Town square was a nice place to let kids run around. Not too many kid-friendly restaurants around the square.
This was a nice hotel about a mile or two from the downtown area, great décor inside, nice room, great breakfast, but I got the feeling from the front desk staff that they were just there to collect a paycheck, and not particularly helpful or caring about their guests.

Great location and shuttle service everywhere

Posted Oct 15, 2014
Pros: Everything, breakfast was great and shuttle service
We enjoyed staying at the hotel and would definitely return. It was located between town and the Tetons, and the shuttle service took us to many places, and there was also a bus stop for the free are bus directly in front of the hotel that took us to Teton Village where we heard the Grand Teton Festival Orchestra that was fabulous and ate at the top of Teton Village .

you get a lot for the price.

Pros: The breakfast
Cons: The vew out the south of the hotel
I'll start by saying the complementary breakfast is fantastic. You can tell it was a converted Best western but the recent renovation hides it well. I saved a lot over the four seasons and I feel like my vacation lacked nothing. Once the trees grow up and hide the warehouse in the back this place will be my recommendation to anyone. But for now, if you are a family or on a budget, it is a great spot not too far from the main square in Jackson.

Great place to stay!

Posted Sep 28, 2014
Pros: convenient to our activities
Cons: We have had one bad experience with front desk staff which we discussed with the manager. This time not all of the breakfast room staff was friendly.
Location: This is close to town, but not in town. I wouldn't describe it as close to activities, or even close walking distance for most people.
We've stayed here several times and have enjoyed our stylish, comfortable room and great breakfast!

Great hotel

We celebrated our 35th anniversary and had a great time in The Lodge at Jackson Hole! The staff made great suggestion for dining and attraction in the area. I would highly recommend The Lodge if you plan to be in Jackson Hole. Be sure to use the free hotel shuttle to town - great amenity to relax and not hassle with driving and parking. Awesome front desk ( especially Maureen ) and the house keeping crew!! Stay there and you will like it. LW

The room was nicely appointed with a very comfortable bed and sofa. The bathroom was large and the shower had two different head choices.

Road trip from the Grand Tetons to Mt. Rushmore

Posted Sep 19, 2014
Pros: Nice bar, excellent room accommodations, and outstanding breakfast.
Cons: Signage on main highway visible at night.
Location: On side-street just off main highway, a few blocks out of town. Enjoyed a float trip, the Teton Village tram ride and the Museum of Wildlife Art.
We were very happy with all aspects of The Lodge at Jackson Hole. Our room large, very functional and included a nice sitting area. It looked out on the hills to the west. The included buffet breakfast was excellent and had everything one would expect at an upscale property. We especially enjoyed the whimsical carved animals around the property (bear, raccoon, etc.).
