“Great place to stay in Jackson!”

Lovely room! We stayed in a 2 queen creekside room - be sure to stay creekside if you can as they look to be almost new compared to other cabins that I am sure have been there for several decades. Our room had a large flat screen television that rotates to be watched by the fireplace in the bedroom, or swivel it around to the cozy dining area. Breakfast in the main building was very good. And the main building is just beautiful. Great stay!

Area recommendations

Stay in Jackson instead of Teton Village (unless you are skiing in Teton Village, of course) or you will miss being close to all the downtown fun!

“"Great Location"”

Best Breakfast in town and its free. Across the street from visitors center and easy walk downtown Jackson. The staff was excellent and would take you anywhere you wanted to go. Coffe and water all day long and geat views of the elk and mountains. Can't wait to go back . This will be our first choice.

“Very convienent to all activities”

Nice hotel, but we were a bit disapointed with our room. Very small for the amount of money. The bed was very comfortable, but I would have to say that Spring Creek Ranch is a much better value for about the same price.

Jackson Hole is great! Right there in the Tetons and a short drive to Yellowstone.

“Really nice”

We rented one of the cabins by the river, and had a flock of Mallards keeping us company. The room was very clean, well-appointed, and had those big fluffy, squishy comforters and pillows that beg you to linger longer. The breakfast buffet was excellent and included hot foods, as well as the best homemade granola I've ever eaten. It was just two blocks north of the main downtown area -- close enough to still walk to everything, but far enough away from the partying to be enjoy the nice peace and quiet. The staff was fabulous -- they'd come running to open a door for you. And very knowledgeable about the area -- from where to eat , to an alternate route home that took us through a scenic canyon. We'll definitely stay here when we return.

“Great value and a lovely stay”

This hotel has great service, nice rooms and good amenities. The breakfast is excellent. The location is particularly convenient for a visit to the Grand Tetons. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 is because the heat in my room was erratic. I wish I could have stayed another week.

Area recommendations

I liked to be within walking distance of the downtown area. The Rustic Inn is about a 10 to 15 minutes walk from the heart of downtown. It's very easy to get to bars, restaurants and shops.

“The best hotel in Jackson hole wy and i can,t wait to go back again.”

Beautiful Resort. Rooms are extremely comfortable and decorated beautifully. Beds are plush with down comforters and feather pillows. Big screen TVs. Staff was attentive and eager to please. Fitness center had everything I needed (cardio and strength training machines, free weights). The breakfast buffet can't be beat. Something for everyone. Can't imagine staying anywhere else than Rustic Inn when visiting Jackson, Wyoming.

“Wish our stay was longer!”

Based on a recommendation, I requested one of the creekside cabins and didn't want to leave the next day. Beautiful room and setting, helpful staff, beautiful lobby and bar, impressive complimentary breakfast! This is on the keep list for future trips to Jackson.

“Wonderfully comfortable”

We had one of the superior cabins with a king bed. We were one row away from the creek and woke every morning hearing the migrating geese. The cabin was so quiet unlike a hotel where you hear toilets flushing no matter how high end. The bed was very comfortable and we also had heated floors. The staff was most helpful with any questions and the shuttle to town was nice but the the inn was walking distance to the center of Jackson. Since we traveled in the slow fall season so I do hot know how the inn is in the busy tourist season but we had a wonderful, relaxing stay with superior service.

“Nice comfortable "cabin" in odd location”

The Rustic Inn at Creekside is on the main drag cmoing into Jackson from the Tetons. We were expecting it would be off the beaten trail in the foothills. It is an odd property. There is a motel and then there are about 30 cabins that are lined up next to eachother anlog the creek at the backside of the property. The view in the distance are the mountains and in the foreground is the creek with a trailer park hidden by brush in between. It really didn't detract from the experience becasuse the porch was comfortable and the cabin accomodations were top notch, remeniscent of the finer resorts in Phoenix like the Hermosa Inn or the Royal Palms. Breakfast in the main building is nice..a kind of up scale Hilton-style buffet ion a log-cabin feeling lodge room. Service was great, people were professional. We enjoyed it verymuch. .

Area recommendations

Well, all of Jackson Hole is kind of touristy, so if you are looking for solitutde, you may want to opick a different cit all togerther. But, from what we saw, despite initial impressions, you can't do much better than this property. Comfortable and a few short blocks from the center town square of Jackson.

The Fall is perfect. No kids and less crowds. I wouldn't go in the summer.

Must drive to the center of town. We had no trouble finding parking.

The Cowboy Bar. It's an institution.

Shopping

Leather coats are in abundance. Expensive, but really fine quality. Best we have seen anywhere.

Dining

Cadillac was great for lunch. Sit in the linen tablecloth section to the left. Nice and simple and reasonable. We hit Nikai for dinner. Nice sushi place. If you are a Sushi snob, you might find fault, but we found the service and the food impeccable and the deserts yummy. Make sure to get a reservation.
