“Rustic by name and character”

Excellent hotel. Situated just a few blocks from the old town which is full of good eating placed and shops. The rooms are as they are described on the web site, just like a wooden cabin of your own, with antlers and wood used for allmost eveything. If I went to Jackson again, would definately stay here. Very romantic

We were very happy with our one night stay at the Rustic Inn. The included breakfast was excellent.

“Pleasantly surprised!”

We weren't expecting much from this hotel as it was one of the few in the area that still had vacancies when we went to book. The room although dark, was very well appointed and comfortable with nice fireplace and flat screen TV. Nice pool with hot tub and intimate seating areas with fireplace. Great hot breakfast buffet. Right across the street from the Visitors Center. This place is a great value.

“Great location & value!”

Loved the location and value of Rustic Inn. Incredible morning breakfasts that were included in our stay. Loved the easy access to our car with the great parking. We were disappointed, however, in the lack of lighting in our room as well as the dismal "view" from our back window. Our "view" looked at the rear walls of other cabins as well as the weeds that were growing behind them. We were also surprised that as nicely as our room was decorated that we only had one mirror in our whole room that was in the bathroom. The bathroom lacked counter space and our family of four had a hard time finding a place to store and sit down toiletries and make-up. We will stay here again and request a cabin by the creek next time!

This was a beautiful hotel! I think the cabin style was warm and welcoming. The rooms were beautifully appointed with everything anyone could ask for. The staff were friendly, helpful, knowledgable about the area attractions and seemed to bend over backwards to accomodate any request. I highly recommend "The Rustic Inn".

The Rustic Inn was everything you could ask for in a hotel: great location, great room, great service, delicious complimentary breakfast and reasonable price. I would recommend this hotel in a heartbeat.

“Great place to stay”

We spent 4 nights at the Rustic Inn. The rooms are actually individual log cabins. They are decorated in a rustic decor that is very fitting for the area. The grounds are beautiful and very clean. They amenities rival the 5 star hotels. There is a pool, hot tub, sauna and spa services on the property. The grounds have many outdoor seating areas with fire pits for the cool nights. There is a small bistro on the property that has many options for a snack or light lunch or dinner. The best option of all is the complimentary breakfast buffet. This is one of the hotel's best features. Every morning we were treated to a breakfast consisting of scrambled eggs, breakfast meats, toast, bagels, fresh baked muffins, various cereals, and a fruit and yogurt bar. The staff were just great from check-in to check- out. The location is within walking distance of Jackson's historic district. I would highly recommend this hotel for families and adult couples.
