hotel beautiful location, excellent service, and a great breakfast. however air service sucked! after being assured that our seats wound not be on a bulkhead, both flights were. having a back problem, this caused me great pain for a 4 hour flight. this is in excusable!

“Cabin and Bistro - it works!”

A great surprise! The cabins are well built (better than most homes in Jackson), providing more quiet and comfort. The real surprise is the Bistro. A Bistro and cabin don't seem to go together, but the chef is great as is the bartender. Great food and drink and place to rest!

“Nice Christmas Vacation”

All staff are very friendly and responsive. Free shuttle is convenient and drivers are also very friendly and have good recommendations. Breakfast is great--try the house recipe granola. Only issues in Creekside King Cabin : somewhat worn coverlet on the bed, some ice on the front steps (taken care of very quickly once we alerted front desk) and a VERY cold bathroom floor. The floor heater only was able to heat one small part of the tile and it took 15-20 minutes to do so. On the other hand, temps ranged from -18 to +20 during our stay so it may have been really taxing the system. Location is very convenient to airport, GTNP, Elk Refuge, and other points north and is a nice walk from downtown if weather cooperates. Bistro has limited menu for winter, but pizzas are great and daily specials are good as well. Once again, all staff are friendly and accommodating. Obviously some great training and hiring going on in this organization.

“Great place to stay!”

First time in Jackson Hole. We were lucky to have found the Rustic Inn Creekside Resort. People, food and experience was priceless. We will be back. Location was great. Close enough to town to walk to everything in minutes.

“Great hotel for everyone!”

The location is great. The room was a bit small (with 2 queen beds) but very comfortable. The bistro food is excellent and the breakfast was fabulous! Great place to stay!

“Pricey but nice location and clean rooms!”

Perfect location for getting into and out of town easily as well as very short walk to town. Location is nice so that you can walk to dinner, have a drink and not worry about driving back to hotel - lots of people walking in town ... lots of "targets" if you aren't careful! Pool and restaurant are both on highway side of property - they are not as atmospheric as the pictures suggest. Very nice workout facility (should remove the tvs from tHe treadmills so you can see the scenery). Rooms all appear to have been recently remodeled. I stay at nearly 100 hotels each year - This was a little pricey but I'd go back here when next in town!

“Best Hotel in Jackson”

We got the deluxe cabin facing the creek. The scenery is beautiful and the cabin faces the mountains. The room was spacious and had a western decor. We enjoyed our stay and had a romantic vacation.

“Really good breakfast included”

We arrived late and our room was small but very comfy. Cool gym/gazebo. The place also included a really GREAT BREAKFAST and water in the room. Which is a nice touch.

“Great experience!”

Very nice hotel. Love the property, close to down town (within walking distance). Free shuttle! The room was nice. The beds were comfy. The included breakfast was good! No complaints here!
