Off-Season in JacksonPosted Apr 18, 2015
We were traveling through Jackson in the off-season and decided to stay at one of their well-known resorts. We love the "old" feel of the Rustic Inn with all of its modern amenities. Our room was quite small but was very well appointed. We really enjoyed being in Jackson in the off-season as we had the town to ourselves!!

Great place for kids!Posted Apr 3, 2015
I loved that the cabins weren't connected so I didn't have to worry about my kids being too noisy. There was so much for them to do right on the grounds. My older son and his grandma were able to walk across the street to the visitors center while the baby napped.

Absolutely amazing experiencePosted Mar 31, 2015
The Rustic Inn was absolutely amazing. We spent 3 nights in one of the Premium King cabins, and everything was perfect! Very comfortable, and cozy. We will definitely be going back!!

Spring Break 2015Posted Mar 17, 2015
Pros: Rustic look, shuttle to pick you up from the airport and take you to town, etc.. Great buffet breakfast.
Cons: Bigger trash cans in the room would be nice. The chairs were too big to fit under the table so they stuck out in the way.
Location: Location is walking distance to town. Plenty of places to eat, shops and Snow King is at the end of town.
Very nice place. My husband, son and I had a cabin back by the river. There were wooden swings, sitting area, and fire pits. The view was great and within walking distance to town.

Quaint resort close to all amenitiesPosted Mar 16, 2015
Pros: The free breakfast was really good and came in handy on the mornings we were headed out skiing. A nice, hot hearty breakfast on site is a nice feature
We stayed here from March 5-10, 2015 and we loved it. It was small and cozy but had everything we needed. It felt very secluded but was really within walking distance to everything we needed and wanted. Right on the Snake River, we spent time drinking wine in our Muskoka Chairs, enjoying the beautiful scenery and weather. The cabin was great, it looked rustic from the outside but the inside was very comfortable and luxurious with a nice walk in glass shower, heated floors and comfy beds. We would absolutely stay here again if we came to Jackson.

Good location, good breakfast, clean but small room. Hot tub barely functioning, no jets operational.

Will definitely stay again!Posted Mar 5, 2015
Location: Perfect location! Definitely do the Yellowstone snowmobile tour!!
This hotel is perfect! We met our friends from the east coast. They accommodated us by putting our rooms right next to each other. Great location for a perfect walking distance to the town square. Super cute decor and architecture. It even has an awesome little nature trail. The breakfast was so much better than your typical hotel complimentary breakfast. Lots of yummy options for everyone. Starbucks coffee was always available in the lobby. We loved the various melon flavored waters also available in the lobby. The bartender that created my favorite drink, "The London Fog", was super knowledgeable and it was fun to watch her make her drinks. She is an artist. The concierge staff (Claire, Derrick, Anthony, and Tucker) was great at answering questions, setting up our shuttles, and coordinating our tours. Todd shuttled us to the airport and was also great with questions we had about the area.

ski week in JacksonPosted Mar 2, 2015
rustic inn a great property to relax with all the amenities of a chain property. Breakfast included in your stay is over the top. Property staff very helpful, no need for a car, transportation provided at only a gratuitous charge. Walking distance into center of charming Jackson, restaurants, galleries, shopping...World class skiing, mountain not suited very well for beginning skier. Although ski school well staffed for that type of person. If you want western charm, steep & deep..Jackson is your place....summers are beautiful also,

Staff was friendly, cabins were nicely appointed and quiet. Would definitely recommend this place, just watch out for the moose (and moose droppings)!

Great. Breakfast just like picturesPosted Feb 18, 2015
Pros: Location was fine, I was worried when on map it looked on the outskirts because we were not going to rent a car. Rooms were nice and breakfast AWESOME
Cons: Dinner menu at the restaurant very limited but I do understand with it's location you aren't going to get much drop in traffic.
Location: We were picked up by companies to snowmobile/dog sled. Visitor center across the street. Heart of town close enough to walk if in any kind of shape.
Very nice and friendly. We had short stay doing winter activities so decided not to rent a car. We actually walked to dinners a couple blocks away and had shuttle pick us up one night when we had walked 1.5 miles to dinner. Breakfast buffet is just like picture--totally awesome. Great experience and will stay here again. I've been to Jackson 3 other times, liked this place the best.
