Convenient to town squarePosted Jun 27, 2015
Pros: Everything worked and it was clean.
Cons: Downstairs restaurant is not appealing with no windows. The construction next door was suspended and that hurts the neighborhood.
Location: Plenty of good restaurants
The hotel is expensive and my late plane meant I missed my first night. The hotel said it was not their problem so no refund.

Nice hotel but not as nice as they want it to bePosted Jun 9, 2015
Pros: Location, large tub
Cons: add refrigerators to room...update room literature for accuracy
Location: Grand Teton National Park and Yellowstone
The hotel comes across as wanting to be high-end but just does not really cut it. The room was decent with some nice features such as a large tub and separate shower. However, in a truly high end hotel there would not have been a large crack in the sink bowl. Also, the rooms do not have refrigerators. I would trade the washer/dryer for a refrigerator any day. The staff was for the most part pleasant but not as attentive as expected in nicer hotels in resort locations. The stay came with breakfast that left a lot to be desired, very basic, yogurt, muffins, coffee. The room literature said there was a ice machine on the 3rd floor, but in actuality they only machine was on the 1st floor in the breakfast area and it was designed to fill a cup with ice, not an ice bucket. The location was convenient and within walking distances to shops and restaurants

Beautiful rooms, great restaurant.Posted May 30, 2015
We arrived in Jackson after a 6 Hour Dr. only to find our reservation was lost. We only reserved a small one bedroom but because they could not find our reservation they gave us the only room they had left, the penthouse suite for no extra money. What a treat. I highly recommend this hotel.

Pleasant SurprisePosted May 29, 2015
Pros: big room, washer/dryer, good restaurant
Cons: creaking in floors, keep personal comments in the kitchen away from customers' ears, keep breakfast needs refilled without being asked
We booked this hotel through Expedia almost last minute. It was a good price and we were pleasantly surprised to find a very large and tastefully decorated room with 2 king beds and a washer/dryer in the room. There is an intimate restaurant in the lower level that includes high quality and unusual dishes. Most of the staff were pleasant, friendly, and capable, although at times a few seemed a bit lax in attention and direction. The only negative for us was that the floors creak badly. We were on the second of three floors and could hear every step in the room above us. It was not bothersome for us, because the people in the room were quiet all night, but if they had been night owls, it could have made for a sleepless night. Nevertheless, this is a VERY nice hotel and we very much enjoyed our stay. Good location, sharply decorated with good taste and quality furnishings, fitting to the style of the area. Nice!

Comfortable hotelPosted Mar 8, 2015
Stayed at this hotel for 10 days during our recent ski holiday. Our 'single room, king bed' room was very comfortable and large enough for us to enjoy 'lounging about' when not skiing. The room came with washer, dryer, large comfortable couch, large bathtub and shower and great clothes closet. (Room 207) The staff were friendly and attentive. The free shuttle to and from Jackson Hole was great, allowing for a more comfortable and relaxing way to get to the ski fields, instead of taking the town bus. We also really enjoyed the staff and the food at the White Buffalo Restaurant, on the cellar level. The only negative component was the exclusion of a drying room for our ski gear and the lack of a hot tub on the premesis!

Great hotel near to Town SquarePosted Feb 4, 2015
Pros: The location and the free ski shuttle
Cons: The creaking floor in room above and the noise the toilets made!
Location: Very near Town Square, shops and restaurants.
Lovely hotel, great location and facilities.. i.e. 24 hour gym with extensive equipment. Breakfast was nice - had to take back to room to eat which was fine but no trays were provided to carry things, so we went to Dollar Tree to pick up a couple so we could do this. Only other thing would say is that floor in room above was very creaky and could hear all movements above. Also toilet made a really loud grinding noise when flushed, not just our toilet but could hear room above as well. Free shuttle to Teton ski village was a definite plus. Staff all really friendly and helpful.
