“Fantastic”

Ranks as one of the best places my wife and I have ever stayed. Very comfortable, very elegant. The restaurant downstairs is incredible. Staff was very friendly. My only complaints are the construction happening next door was a bit noisy in the mornings, and the wifi signal didn't quite reach to our room. Those are both very minor shortcomings compared to how much we enjoyed our stay.

“Absolutely beautiful hotel - I am going back as soon as I can”

Spend the money. This is an awesome hotel. Jackson and the Tetons are one of the most beautiful places on earth, and this is a gorgeous hotel with an old time private luxury hotel feel. The front desk staff was very helpful and seemed happy to be there, the food was terrific, and the person who brought the meal to my room couldn't have been nicer. You can run into your share of pretentious folks in Jackson (mostly visitors), but these seemed to be nice local folks who loved their town and wanted to help you see the town the way they see it. Loved it. Gotta get back there.

“Great Luxury Hotel, Fair Price, Great Location!”

What a great hotel! Brand new hotel with highend amentities.Friendly staff, great location, my wife loved everything about the place. Biggest problem I have now - is my wife will want to return frequently. Not a problem at all - I loved it too.

“Terrific place to relax after an active day”

Superior quality, friendly staff, extremely quiet. Only downside was the lack of on site breakfast facilities and a TV remote that wouldn't work. In Jackson, you don't have time to watch TV, however.

“Started off poorly, but...”

The room had 2 huge king beds with one nightstand in-between, but nothing else - no chairs, no table, pretty useless (the bathroom, however, was beautiful with slate tile/glassed-in shower). All the rooms have stacking washer/dryers in a closet. The 2nd night, guests upstairs (we were on the 2nd floor) came in about midnight and started doing laundry!!! Until well past 1:00AM we had to hear the pounding of the washer and then the dryer, besides them banging around, opening doors/closing doors, etc. The next morning I asked to be moved (preferably to the 3rd floor and over to the front-side of the building) or we were leaving. They did move us to a really nice room with one king bed, 2 nice big leather chairs, a table, 2 nightstands, 2 closets, a fireplace, and a patio. Again, the stupid washer/dryer tho! Seems it would be more practical to have a fridge instead of washer/dryer in the room and have an on-site laundry room elsewhere. But really, how many people actually do laundry on vacation! I mentioned when we checked out that they should have a sign posted on the washer/dryer saying "In consideration of other guests, no laundry is to be done after 10:00PM". The restaurant was not open for dinner on the only night we had available (Monday)). There is a big ugly construction hole next door and a truck route on the other side. Nothing the hotel can do about those issues. Just unfortunate. Easy walking to everything in town. The Kitchen Restaurant was excellent.

“Couldn't Adjust Heat”

This is a lovely property with an exceptional resaturant and nice spa right in old town. Unfortunately we could not turn the heat down and the desk was closed when we discovered the problem. The desk clerk apologized without us even bringing it up the next morning at chekout and comped us massages for our next visit. That alone will bring us back for another try. The property is very high class but our room lacked a useful sitting area. There was a comfortable chair but it had no table of any sort near it to set down a cup of coffee etc. We ate at the restaurant and had massages . We loved the restaurant! The massges were good and very reasonable. We will try this property again. If the HVAC problem was simply an unfortunate one time issue this could become our go to place when visiting JH.

“Very nice”

Loved the indoor parking though probably easier to navigate with smaller vehicles. Nice room. Loved the washer and dryer in the bathroom! The only down side to the room was a shelf under the television that did not leave much room between it and the bed while walking through to the closet.

“Not Impressed”

Hotel was more like a condo. The front desk closed from 11:00 p.m. to 6:00a.m. No restaurant for breakfast or lunch and not open for dinner every night of the week. Dinner was great and the room was nice but basically that was the only 2 good qualities about this hotel.

“Great place, shame about the nanny internet filter”

The air conditioning worked sporadically. Also, the wi-fi internet service had a nanny filter installed. I went to two links on a legitimate news site and the nanny filter kicked in to block the URLs. This is completely ridiculous. I have never been at a hotel with a nanny internet filter and shocked that any place would use such a thing a hotel where adults stay.
