“Wort Hotel in Jackson”

This is an extremely confortable and well appointed hotel. The staff is very helpful and very courteous. Great exeperience--we'll stay there again.

We visited Jackson to celebrate my son's 21st birthday. We were not disappointed with anything except the lack of snow in the mountains. The Wort Hotel was festively decorated for the holidays and has such warmth and charm. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was attractive and very comfortable.

I lived in Jackson 20 years ago and would not have chosen The Wort at that time, but they have done a beautiful job on the renovation. Very cozy and warm, comfortable beds with down comforters, even a teddy bear to welcome you! The staff was always ready to assist in anyway they could. In the heart of Jackson, so you can walk anywhere.

the entire experience at The Wort Hotel was exemplary. the staff was eager to assist in any way. they had a stuffed bear on my daughter's bed. the concierge went out of his way to fulfill a specific request we had. the restaurant was as good as you would find in a 5 Star hotel. the maid service turned down our bedding each night. the room had real furniture in it. a 42" flat screen had every channel. it was in the heart of town. i have absolutely nothing but praise for The Wort and will ALWAYS stay there when i go back to Jackson, Wy. it was the best stay i have ever experienced in any hotel i've ever been to. i cannot praise it enough.

“Will always stay at the Wort”

The Wort hotel is one of my favorite hotels ever. It is in the heart of Jackson, WY and houses the "Silver Dollar Bar". I can not say how gereat this place is. You have to experience it.

“Loved The Wort Hotel”

We so enjoyed our stay at the Wort Hotel.The hotel is so historical. The room was lovely and the bed was very comfortable. Our room was very quiet and the staff at the hotel were so friendly and helpful. We ate at the restaurant and the food was excellent. We also ate at the Silver Dollar bar at the hotel and enjoyed the food and all the old pictures. They have a band several times a week, which was interesting (a real western band). If we ever go back to Jackson Hole, we would definitely stay there again.

“Newly refurbished room - excellent stay, staff the best”

The room was truly wonderful, the price was right, excellent stay. This was off season however, and rates are much lower than normal. Our only problem was the service in the bar-grill, very slow and the food was not good. I think the chef was on vacation though, so this may be unusual. I would hope so as everything else was very nice. One note - the stairs are convenient to the rooms, the elevator is not.

“great location historic hotel”

The furnishings and decor are luxury western and fun (not old and outdated). I dont think this hotel has an elevator so you may have to carry your stuff to the 2nd floor. Also there is no overnight parking during the winter in the town of Jackson so they can clean the streets. The parking lot for the hotel is 2 blocks away. Its a nice walk or they will valet for a reasonable rate
