Honeymoon

Pros: style was great....loved the western motif. Staff was excellent. Special thanks to the concierge Debbie as she was wonderful!
Cons: No improvement needed. Staff, housekeeping, Silver Dollar Bar, etc...everything was perfect!
Location: Great shopping, fine dining, atmosphere......Jackson and Wort have it all! Local bus is great for quick travel to slopes and elsewhere.
Awesome western hotel right in the middle of Jackson. Couldn't have had a better stay close to everything in town.

Great Location, Spacious Rooms

Posted Mar 12, 2015
Pros: Loved the spacious rooms! Was great to relax in after a long day of activities before heading out to dinner.
Cons: Our room was in the back of the hotel & there was a restaurant/bar located across the alley. While not overwhelming, the noise was noticeable.
Location: The Wort is very centrally located and convenient to shopping and dining. It is a short drive to skiing and any other activity you are planning.
We were very impressed with the accommodations and staff at The Wort. Rooms were clean and well maintained. We will stay here again when visiting Jackson Hole.

Excellent. There was a problem with heating the room, but it was -20 outside and they did bring a space heater to help.

great hotel a bit far from ski hill

Posted Jan 5, 2015
Pros: décor, restaurants and local bars
Cons: shuttle service from hotel
it was a great hotel located in the middle of town. very nice old school hotel with a definite cowboy-ish feel. my wife and I loved the hotel and being so close to the fun bars and restaurants of the town. Everyone working directly in the hotel was great and very helpful. Will definitely recommend this place in the future for those that don't mind not staying in Teton Village. I would have ranked it 5* except for fact of the person driving the shuttle from the ski hill to the hotel decided to pull off the highway when there was a lot of traffic. He wanted to sit waiting in the parking lot until traffic cleared up because he "didn't move to Jackson Hole to sit in traffic" (4:30 shuttle on Jan 2nd). You have to wonder why he took a job driving in a busy ski town if that was the case. There was a lot of traffic, but stopping in a parking lot is not the right answer.
