This is a nice hotel. The pool is not very secluded. It's in the lobby area.

The room was very nice and big, there was shopping and eating within walking distance. I enjoyed the Hotel.

we have to go to Jackson every year for All-west try-outs and we will use this hotel next year.

“Quiet but bad service”

Overall the hotel is decent, especially in terms of it being quiet, i.e. not being able to hear your next door neighbor breathing, which is something very important to me and also something missing in the newer hotels (most new hotel walls are paper thin). It's a little old and dingy but clean. I have stayed there a couple of times and plan to stay again on future visits to Jackson. The only real negative that I have to report is that I did have a very weird experience with room service. I ordered Eggs Benedict, and the eggs came almost hard boiled. I tried to eat it because I don't like sending things back but got halfway through the first egg and just couldn't finish it so I called room service again and told them I wanted to send it back. They sent someone up to my room, took back my current order, and then brought me back one egg. Not very classy. Anyway, to me the privacy aspect of not being able to hear my neighbors outweighs other factors, but if customer service is your priority, I wouldn't advise staying there.

“All Suits”

When you come in to a hotel you should be greeted. I really didn't see any one once I was checked in. The overall stay stay was ok.

“Update needed”

Can't say the hotel was horrible but it surely needs to be upgraded, and the nightly rate was a bit high for the quality of the hotel...rating maybe 2 stars at best

“What's In A Name?”

Expedia showed this as a Holiday Inn, but it had not been under that brand for some time. Neither was it close to Holiday Inn standards. No return trip here.

“Disappointing!”

We were staying here for only 1 night but we were very disappointed. At check-in, apparently there was some kind of problem with the computer but the person at the desk would not answer my questions & bordered on being outright rude. We stood there for at least 15 minutes with no explanation. Our room was spacious but dowdy & moldy.

“Wakeup at 7:00 AM”

Want to be awakened at 7:00 AM, by the house keeping staff, stay at this place!
