"Front desk was helpful and friendly. Dog friendly. It was nice to have our dog with us and be able to take him anywhere on the property in compliance with California laws. We loved dining at the Boathourse on the Pier. The food was awesome, service was good and you can't beat the view and the pricing for the location."

"The property was under renovation but staff were fast to respond when our heater was not working. Checking in and out was pretty fast as you can request to check in early as long as your room is ready they’d check you in anytime. You can also request for a little late checkout. Ours was supposed to be 10am but we requested for 12nn and they agreed. Thumbs up!"

"We LOVE this place! Great location, excellent, varied breakfast, friendly staff...despite being right on Highway 49, it is very quiet. And you can walk across the parking lot to Denny's or walk a block into old Jackson town where there are plenty of eating options and fun shops to explore. Our only caveat? Go on a long weekend- most of the towns and wineries in the area are closed on Monday-Thursday. A very few places are open, but check your itinerary and plan ahead for closures or short hours. "

"Amazing property in excellent condition, walking distance away from Heavenly and minutes away by car from Tahoe Blvd. The rooms are modern, neat, tastefully done and ours came with a kitchenette that came in handy for our family. The staff are nice and friendly and always eager to help - 5 ⭐ in every way!"
