Convenient Hotel stay

Pros: It was clean and quiet
Cons: the staff needs to stop waking customers up early and coming several times
Location: great pleaces to eat and was just very convenient
I didn't like the lights in the hallway, it kept me up almost all night, with the curtains closed, in the morning, the window woke me up. The staff came to my room almost 4 times and it wasn' t check out time. The room was clean.

Pros: Good room, great value.
Cons: hallway trash bins could be emptied more frequently.
Front desk people very nice. Room was basic, very clean and everything worked.

Pet Fee

I booked this hotel through expedia.com but was never told about the pet fee. It just said pets were allowed. I'd like to see expedia add a box to check if you plan on bringing a pet, and include the fee so I'm not surprised when I get to the hotel.

Filthy & uncomfortable Accommodations

Stayed at the hotel expecting the Inside to be as lovely as the outside - sorely disappointed. The lobby was clean. The nighttime clerk was friendly enough; however, the a.m. Clerk was rude, impatient, and did not want to be bothered with my needs and concerns. The bed was ridiculously uncomfortable- it felt like it was a piece of particle board with a sheet over it! The bed had one sheet and one thin velour blanket!!!! There were no comforters or heavy blankets in the closet either. Most hotels have at least a comforter!! The towels were pretty much the same- 3 towels for two people!!! The tub looked like it has not been cleaned not the floors. What a complete waste of money!!
