Everyone on staff was very friendly and helpful. They treated everone with respect.

The hotel staff offered great friendly service. Hotel location was near downtown area. Parking was secured which was an added bonus.

This hotel is under construction. That should be noted on the website when booking. I would have never stayed... in fact we didn't. The smells from varnish, paint, and drywall dust were overwhelming. The room was so dusty it was not acceptable. This hotel should close until it can better serve its guests.

Loved it here! extended my stay by one night partly because it was so pleasant and close to the things I wanted to see the day after the Mississippi Blues Marathon. The room was very nice and clean - comfortable bed and had a nice sitting area and TV & Wifi. It was very quiet at the hotel, I did not heard any (!) noise once I was in my room. The breakfast far exceeded my expectations, with eggs, sausage, bagels, yogurt, fresh fruit, etc. The owner provided me with a great restaurant recommendation & phone & address when I inquired about a place to "carbo-load" the day before my race. The hotel staff was very helpful, and provided me with toothpaste when I discovered I had forgotten mine. Very convenient to all the Mississippi Blues Marathon activities, the Museum of Art and Convention Center and Planetarium. I will definitely stay there again !

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Even though it was winter, the pool was clean and well maintained. The gated parking provided security.
