“old tv's, staff that won't budge”
arrived to having the wrong type of room and staff could care less. They would not change the room and huffed at having to switch around rooms so that we had one of the first floor as there is no elevator and thus no handicapped access to our room. TV was an old tube type from 1999 and the picture was so dark that with lights off, we could not see the faces of the people in any light situation. We called management and they first told us that we had bad eyes (which we don't), then promised to adjust is as there is no adjustment of any kind on the remote or on the tv visually (which they did not). they then lied and said that they did adjust it only to admit later that that did not because they could not figure out how to. They said that they would call the maintainence man to see if he knew how and then never called him for the rest of the two day stay. The breakfast area is really small and not well staffed or cleaned. the food is very limited and was cold and unattended for the most part.
“Extremely Uncomfortable Beds & Pillows”
The pillows were like little foam basketballs and the beds were as hard as rocks. I was traveling with my 4 sisters and 1 brother for a funeral, and they all had the same complaints. Nobody slept because the beds were so hard and your head rolled off the pillows.
