Last minute Booking

Pros: The location to where I was going and the last minute booking price. The staff was friendly and the hotel was very clean.
Cons: N/A
In town for a funeral. Last minute booking. Price was great, the hotel was great and the staff was wonderful. I would stay here again and recommend it to friends and family.

Pros: The cost was resonable
Cons: more protein for the breakfast meal
Location: Great location and easy access to freeway.
The rooms were clean and quiet. The pool was very well kept. The morning breakfast was hot and very good. The staff was helpful and friendly. I would recommend to friends. Thanks for a very pleasant experience.

Cons: Make sure that front desk staff is always alert as to who is entering property.
Short getaway to relax and visit quaint, historic Cedarburg.

HUGE Rooms!!

Pros: Room size.
Cons: N/A.
Location: Culvers and subway right across the parking lot. Plenty of other restaurants about 5 miles in West Bend.
The hotel was extremely clean and well organized. The rooms are absolutely HUGE and very comfortable.

In Town for a Wedding

This was a great hotel to stay at while we were in town for a wedding. the only restaurant was a Culver's within walking distance but I understand the hotel is used for events at a nearby musical venue. The staff was very helpful and the morning breakfast area was very well organized and clean. Thanks!

Clean hotel close to cedarburg. Convenient

Hotel was clean, convenient had sink,mini fridge, microwave in room so that was nice. Especially if we brought kids. Would visit again

Nice hotel just minutes from the fairgrounds

Pros: comfortable room, clean bed & very comfortable mattress with both soft & firm pillows. Room had fridge, coffee pot, hairdryer, iron & microwave.
Cons: Earlier pool / hot tub times for adults only.
Very clean parking lot & exterior. The lobby & hallways didn't smell like chlorine or wet feet. The room was huge! Breakfast was good and very well attended to. Being early risers, we were disappointed to find that the pool didn't open until 8, but we wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Several Night Stay

The room itself was good. The service was okay, but there never seemed to be anyone at the front desk when you needed them. (Had to call them via phone on the front desk and it normally took several minutes to respond.) The provided breakfast is below par for the cost of the hotel. There was limited food available and the food available tasted old and/or lacked taste.
