“Not bad for a small town”

Overall, it was not a bad motel. The bed could have been a little more comfortable otherwise, all basic amenities were provided. Anyone travelling I-40 after a long road trip and just can't go any further or planned there stop for Jackson, Tn will definitely get their rest to finish the trip.

Typical of chain hotels at this price. Refrigerator and microwave were pleasant additional features.

Late night desk clerk...not real interested in helping...but daylight help was pleasant and the continental breakfast was good.

I was moving 1000 miles with animals, and this hotel excepts pets, and was clean and comfortable to sleep in after a long drive. It was fine for that purpose, and the pool was well maintained. The building is old and dingy, but kept fairly well. I wouldn't stay there for a vacation, but for a place to lay my head, it was OK.

We arrived in Jackson, TN after a 12 hour drive from Texas to attend a funeral only to check into a room that was cleaned properly. There was mold in the closet, the bathtub looked dirty and there was a dirty towel left in the restroom. We were moved to a second room after that with the same cleanliness issues as the first, but this time after taking a brief nap, we awoke to find that the door lock to our room did not work eventhough the deadbolt was locked. That was very disturbing. My family and I actually checked out less than 4 hours after checking in to find other lodging for the night. This is not a hotel that I would stay in ever again.
