I would like to shout the young lady SB she was amazing at check-in and really the only reason I did not give this hotel 1 star.
Room: my first room on check-in smelled like mold... I was quickly relocated and the relocation room was only moderately better, this is coming from a person that is not sensitive to mold.
Hotel: Clean appearing but the entire place smells like mold.... truly disappointed in this subsidiary Hilton branded hotel. I booked based on the brand and it did not hold true. I take pity for those with respiratory issues... this is not comfortable for them..I experienced burning to my nose and throat on entry. Honestly this is a health department concern.
Providing cleaning services on ask...Not Good. Yes I can make my own bed and not hard pressed to have a new towel daily, but the amount of trash that collects during a four-day visit forces your guest to bring bags, collect garbage and dispose, might I add there isn't a readily available receptacle for said garbage outside of the room.
The Hilton brand " I believe is better than this, so I am hoping this is site specific, but if I am in town again this site will not be an option.
