There were several other people checking in when I arrived but check in was quick and smooth. Dinner options were varied. Breakfast was also good. Nice clean hotel with friendly staff, large rooms, a nice pool, good food included.

The staff was friendly except for one housekeeper. It rained most of our stay and the pool was closed all day Friday, so my kids were disappointed. The pool was one reason that we choose this hotel.

The check in on Thursday was slow. The lady who checked us in did not tell us we had to request room service. When we came back Friday night after the game our keys would not work and she had an attitude. Our rooms were not clean and we had no fresh towels. Went to front desk to inquire and she still had an attitude and she said she told us about room service at check in but she did not. On Saturday morning, my aunt Barbara Robinson whose room I booked also was eating breakfast and she had left her belongings upstairs and went back to gather them but key did not work. I asked the clerk to rekey it and she asked for ID clearly she could see she had no personal items with her and she started talking back and arguing with me. She was very unprofessional. I will be calling Drury personally also. We have always stayed at Drury but we will probably not stay here any time soon because this experience we had.

Great place to stay will stay again when in the area the only thing bad was some construction on pool and spa but that wasn't that big of a deal but it's nice to use spa after a day of ridding

At check in, there was literally no one at the desk for 30 minutes and this was at 9 pm when we were exhausted from traveling all day and just wanted a room so we could go to sleep! Very poor. Also, the hotel is dirty. Trash laying around everywhere in hallways, elevators etc. I don’t know that I will book a drury inn again.

We've been coming to this property for a few years now. Feel it is going down hill. Rooms need work and they dont seem to be doing any improvements in them. Rooms are clean, and food is good, but will probably try something new next year.
