The whole place smells like smoke and marijuana. Carpets very dirty and bad odour. The whole place needs update. We checked in late and left early. We would not stay there again. There is no breakfast. Only coffee and some bars/muffins.

Do not recommend booking this property. When I arrived I was surprised with an additional $100 per room damage deposit even though we checked in at 10 pm for one night. This listing is fraudulent as well. It has NO pool and only grab and go coffee. I still have no recieved my deposit back and the rooms were slept in for literally 8 hrs.

Except for our sticky floors, the rest of the hotel looked spotless, smelled nice and seemed well cared for. Rooms are large with a kitchenette. This is a low cost hotel, but value for price one of the best we've stayed in.

They have me on the do not rent to list and I have never had any problems at the property. Do not smoke in the room, no disturbances, nothing broken and I always receive deposits back. I don't understand the reason why.

False advertisement as for amenities...there are none in room except bottle of water and popcorn, unless you call the empty box of condoms in the close an amenity. No breakfast, not even coffee.

They were supposed to be pet friendly and accommodate my wife and I with our service dog. They had us checked in but when they asked if we had a dog and I said yes, they said they had no more rooms that could accommodate pets, and turned us away!

How a three story hotel have no stairs, old musty carpet and I kept getting an awfully un secure feeling.

The first room had not been cleaned since the last person was there, the 2nd room was clean, but we are senior citizens with 2 dogs and they put us on the 3rd floor, with no elevator. There was no coffee machine in the room. There was a lot of yelling in the hallway and yappy dogs and honestly as white people, we were not feeling very safe.

We made our reservation on March 15th we get there to check in on time and they had given our rooms to someone else and preceded to tell us they would have to upgrade us for 21.00 more dollars per room.they finally got it taken care without us paying any extra which we were not going to do. Then we finally get to our room and the desk chair had so much dust on it, it look like they taken it out of storage and put in our room without cleaning it and the floors were not swept good, there was no Tv remote they finally found one that work. We have use the hotel several times and we have never had any problems until now, this is our last time using this hotel.

Great stay although checking in was awful. Check in office is open 7am to 11pm you have to call the hotel after 11pm for someone to come down to desk. No notice telling you to call. I’m gonna cut straight to the point the night clerk with the stiff wig was very rude and sarcastic so my advice to any future customers avoid small talk with her.
