“Friendly helpful staff”
Decent hotel, it was clean and well maintained. Free breakfast was nice. I would stay here again.
“Met expectations”
This hotel met our expectations. The room was clean and stocked with appropriate supplies. One unexpected surprise was an employee there to assist in waffle making and refilling breakfast products as needed. Overall, an average hotel experience with average price. I would stay here again, if the need arose.

We stayed here after nine long hours of driving towards home with our three small children. Our biggest disappointment was that the pool had some trash floating in it, so we couldn't go swimming. We didn't mention this to the front desk, though, as we were already discussing an issue with our reservation with them. We thought we had reserved a room with a free gift card promotion. The hotel didn't have record that we were to get the gift card, so we were upset about that. After checking, we actually had made a mistake with our reservation and hadn't reserved a room that included that promotion. We told the front desk staff our mistake, but the manager heard our story and gave us the gift card anyway. What a way to turn a disgruntled customer into a happy customer! The location was good, with a Cracker Barrel across the street and an O'Charley's and a large movie theater just down the street. There was also a large McDonald's with a play area across from the hotel. Although other reviewers weren't impressed with the breakfast, it is a continental breakfast as advertised. We were very pleased with the selection of items and the staff was great about keeping everything well stocked even during a very busy time. We definitely would stay again, and it was a great value!

“Stains very Disappointing”
We had a bathroom floor stained with who knows what, torn shower curtain liner from top to bottom, and stained drapes. This seemed very unusual for a Marriott hotel - hopefully not the norm. We also received misinformation on the hours for the Bass Pro store next door. Good thing we didn't listen and walked over there anyways - otherwise we would have never got to see it.

Convenient to entertainment, interstate, etc. Very customer friendly.
