“Jackson's Best Hotel”

From the moment I arrived was greeted by staff...very clean, good breakfast in morning. Big towels and plenty of them in the room. Good value for the price.

“Helpful Staff”

Staff was very helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to ask if we needed anything. Our only disappointment was that the hottub was down for repairs. : )

“Decent Jackson, MI Stay”

Great place to lay your head for the night. It's an older hotel, but its clean. Beds were quite comfortable.

“good for michigan football”

My only complaint was the pillows and the mattress. The sheet kept coming off the mattress. the pillows were too thick and the mattress was a little soft. But we were in Ann ARbor for a huge football game and you could stay in Jackson for 1 night whereas the Ann Arbor hotels demand 2 nights. So it worked. The breakfast was fine.

“Nice place to stay - nothing fancy”

Rooms clean. Maid had very pleasant personality. Nice exercise room with TV that worked.
