“Great Hotel for Business Travelers”

This hotel is close to the interstate. The staff were helpful. They had cookies by the coffee stand. The room was comfortable and clean. There are many restaurants nearby.

Great park and fl!. Employees were friendly and accommodating. The desk opened breakfast area early knowing we were leaving before the posted opening. Hotel sent shuttle to airport for our departure and return.

“Below Standards of other Hampton Inns”

I was providing a week long training in Jackson, MS and booked my stay at this Hampton Inn. I always stay at Hampton Inns because of their reliability, but his one made me rethink my choices when I travel. After the first night they forgot my wake up call and I was an hour late for my first day of training (not good for an instructor). Also, I did not get a newspaper and they said it was because they only had so many and they had to pick and choose each day who got one. The ice machine on my floor (3rd) was invisible, it seems they had taken out the ice machines on the floors and there was only one in the lobby...not very convenient. I am used to much higher level of service from this chain of hotels and I will not stay at this one again.
