Erica at the front desk was excellent, kind, super helpful, and very nice with our dog. All the other staff were very friendly as well. The chairs in the room were a bit threadbare but the bed was comfortable. Nice breakfast. Would stay here again.

The place was easy to check in and out. Pet friendly for those with pets. Staff was friendly and our room was clean. The pool was nice but on the smaller size which would be great for the kids.

The night before a Michigan game.
The room (mostly the bathroom) was a little worn. Additionally, they forgot to fill our shampoo bottle. Other than these two things the stay was fine.

Vacuum the stairs.
The stairs looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in quite a while. We always use the stairs instead of the elevator. Breakfast was just ok.

Staff was great. Free breakfast not bad at all. The waffles are delicious! Almost make it all worth it. Place is a little worse for wear. It’s fine overall. The gym is a zero. If you plan on using “the gym”, it’s just a treadmill and a bike. That’s it. Overall it’s fine.

We were seeing a concert at the casino and this hotel is perfectly located. The front desk at check in and check out were excellent. They set an example of awesome customer service.

Only Oatmeal served at breakfast.....you should provide the option of cream of wheat please🙂 Otherwise I was satisfied with my stay. Clean, quiet, helpful staff. Fix the computer on first floor lobby and fix the first floor ice machine please.

Broken toilet seat, missing parts on coffee maker. Had to ask for clean towels on second day. They do not routinely make beds or empty trash. Good coffee and very nice breakfast bar.
