“Great Choice for Urban Adventurers”

I am so glad that we decided to stay at this hotel during our trip to Jackson. Hotel is right in the middle of the old downtown of Jackson near several iconic restaurants. Also near museums, monuments and so on. We loved the location. It is most convenient to use the hotel valet for safety and convenience. They were totally fast and efficient. All hotel employees were helpful. Some were more outgoing than others but all polite and professional.

I grew up in Jackson and was thrilled to hear Hilton had remodelled the old King Edward Hotel. My husband I were so impressed with the renovation. The lobby is beautiful, and our room was perfect. Staff was accomodating and excedingly friendly. We can't wait to go back!

“Rejuvenated King Edward worth the trip”

Just three weeks after its opening I had the opportunity to stay in the historic King Edward Hotel of Jackson, reborn as a Hilton Garden Inn in the heart of downtown. The weather was unusually cold--bitterly so, but the staff was warm and welcoming. I was happy to get the chance to try the restaurant on the premises--the food was good and the service very attentive. I hope to stay there again soon.

My friends and I were in town to visit my brother and I chose this hotel because our last stay at a Nashville hotel by the stadium was terrible. I'm happy to say that this hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff was really nice and welcoming and the room was incredible. We will definitely make this hotel our permanent place to stay on every visit.

When I first checked in, I was greeted by two very friendly staff members and the Hotel manager, who thanked me for being there. All staff members there were very friendly and professional. The facility was beautiful and impeccably clean. The only issue I had was the glitch in their complimentary wi-fi. I brought it to the attention of the lady at the front desk who immediately stopped what she was doing to assist me and then contacted the appropriate staff member to fix it and make sure that no one else would be inconvenienced. I would recommend this Hotel to anyone!

“Weekend Graduation Trip”

Staff was extremely helpful and pleasant!! The hotel provides valet services at $14 a night which is cheaper than New Orleans & D.C. and plus, they have shuttle services that can take you around the city without you having to travel in your car! The room was very spacious and clean. . .the bed was amazing with a soft-firm switch on the side of the mattress to adjust mattress to personal standards. I really enjoyed staying there and will definitely plan on staying there again!

“Great place for a weekend stay!”

The valets were particularly friendly and took good care of my car. I was in and out of the hotel frequently over my 3 night stay, so they got to know me pretty well! The bartenders at the bar and the baristas at the coffee shop were all so nice, too. It was really nice to have a bar/restaurant AND coffee shop right in the hotel, since many of the other businesses are closed on the weekends in downtown Jackson. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and I would definitely come back!
