“A Year Later and STILL RATED ALL 5s! STAY HERE!”

This Hotel was awesome and met my expectations. It was everything everyone else has said. The decor was beautiful and it was very clean. The staff was very friendly as well. It was very quiet and the rooms were big and nice. I had the King with the adjustable bed which was nice because I like a firm mattress. The room was nicely appointed and met my expectations. The location was good. If you area light sleeper, It can be noisy on the side of the hotel next to the Interstate, but it didn't bother me at all. Just ask for the opposite side. My ONLY compliant is that the staff is very anxious to get the rooms cleaned so they will knock on your door either before 11:00am or right at 11:00am. I think they should at least wait until 11:30 or 11:15 considering this is not a "check out time" motel (if you know what I mean). So if you are "running late" you may want to call the front desk first or be annoyed by constant knocks by the housekeeping staff who didn't tell the others that they have already knocked on your door a couple times (even though its only 10:30 or so). The front desk manager said she had warned the staff about rushing the guests so maybe this won't continue to happen. But at least you know they are willing and ready to prepare the next person's room on time. So its a good thing as well. But overall, I HIGHLY recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Jackson, MS or Pearl. I hope they continue to provide this type of quality because I will be back!

Great, clean hotel. Only negative was the heat/air in the room - it was difficult to regulate. Friendly staff, would definitely stay here again.

“Great for the price”

This hotel room was a Suite for the price of a regular room. Seperate bedroom with flat screens in both the spacious living room and the bedroom. The kitchen is large and there is a work table with extra plugs for equipment. The sofa is full size with a pull out bed. Great for business travel in Orange County. A few miles from a full mall with stores and restaurants.

“Quality & Convenience”

Good location -reasonably close to downtown & airport. Room rate was good, quality of room & staff exceeded expections. Will book again.

“All Good”

This was a meeting point for us to pick up our son and continue to Oxford, MS. The hotel was clean and was a safe area compared to the downtown Jackson are that told us they have security guard patroling the parking lots. Hotel desk attendant nice and breakfast waitresses very nice. Some nice restaurants around and killed some time and $$ at Bass Pro. It's a recommend!

“Great Staff”

I checked in late and the front desk clerk was friendly and awake and gave me a bottle of water. At breakfast the two staff people working were friendly and very attentive. The food was great for a buffet and the staff kept everything very clean. They were quick to clean up the tables when people got up. Only problem was the toilet ran in my bathroom unless I jiggled the handle but other than that is was very good and I would stay there again.
