Great value, nice room for large family!Posted Jan 24, 2015
Pros: Room size, cleanliness, kitchenette, friendly staff.
Cons: Bathtub could be cleaned more carefully.
Location: We were only passing through, but it was easy to get to from the highway.
We stayed here on our way to FL in Dec. Even though it wasn't the most expensive hotel we stayed in our trip, it was the nicest overall. Check in was a breeze, it took maybe 5 minutes. We stayed in a 2 double bed suite with a fold out couch and a kitchenette. Our room was spacious with vaulted ceilings and even though we didn't use it, the kitchenette was nice and would be good if you were staying for a week. There were 6 of us, plus a baby in the room and did not feel overly cramped. We utilized the pull out bed and it was already made up with clean linens, which was very nice. The only thing that was "wrong" with the room was that the tub had a bit of ring, but I couldn't really tell if it hadn't been cleaned properly or not rinsed out properly after cleaning. Due to the young children in our family, we do need to use the tub, so its cleanliness is something that I always pay close attention to. Everything else was fine. We were at the end of a hall close to the exit door, and would hear people coming and going from time to time, but it wasn't so loud that it disturbed us. Plus, if you didn't need to use the fold out, you wouldn't hear it at all as the bedroom has a door. Breakfast was the best hotel breakfast we had on our trip. The staff was really nice and wanted to make sure that our kids had enough to eat and went to the trouble of making more sausage for them. Overall, I'd definitely stay here again if I ever find myself in Jackson again.

Courteous staff, great location, and quiet stay...Posted Nov 23, 2014 on Hotels.com
The staff was really courteous and check-in was a breeze. I stayed a few nights to be closer to work due to inclement weather. One morning after working overnight, I went right to sleep when I got back to my room and double locked the door so the housekeeper was unable to enter my room. After I got up to get some late lunch, the housekeeper had left a bag of towels on my door. I met her in the hallway and she offered to clean my room or do whatever else I needed, but I declined. The hotel is located near grocery and retail shopping and restaurants. I would recommend this hotel and stay here again.
