Bad, bad bed. Noisy AC. Room wasn't super clean. Elevator stopped working. Hair on the towel that was not mine. Nice staff.

We had an accessible room, it was very spacious and had no issues fitting the large wheelchair in the room or into the bathroom. Our two issues were the room is on the second floor, so no way to get out in an emergency and the breakfast didn’t have a hot protein, the food isn’t too much of an issue.

The room was very dark, not many breakfast options when it came to protein, cigarette hole in the turned back sheet.

My sheet were soiled with blood. My first room the shower was broken so l had to bath from spout. Was not able to enjoy my accommodations. They move me and both rooms had issues! I’m a travel medical professional and my company was disappointed any my experience.

The electrical outlet did not work. Of course I could not call the front desk to report this , because the phone didn’t work in the room. Forget trying to regulate the temperature in the room. Pressing the power button is how I assumed to turn on the ac/heater unit in the room. Wrong! You actually go the electrical outlet where it is plugged in, press a button there, wiggle the cord just right, and it will come on. The attendant on duty had to come up and show me how to use it. This could potentially be a decent place to stay, but they need to work on their electrical problems!!

The hotel is functional. We loved the mattress and slept well. The coffee was drinkable. The hotel reeks of marijuana. The water pressure was very weak. The “breakfast” was disappointing.

The front desk attendants were really nice and friendly. The beds are as hard as rocks. We didn’t sleep well at all. Woke up and my back and everything is hurting. And my neck. Stayed here several times in the past but we will never stay here again.

All was fine. However, for the quality of this hotel chain, I would have expected at least a box of Kleenex/tissues in the room. Also, the Continental Breakfast is kind of a let-down compared to the hot breakfasts offered at lesser motel/hotel chains.

Quick and easy check in. The space was clean, the property extremely well lit outdoors and felt safe compared to other nearby properties. Price was better than much worse looking places. Clean, some age related wear here and there. The bed was comfortable and firm without being too hard, but the pillows were quite lumpy. TV reception was the worst quality I have seen since the 1980’s lol

It’s always precarious picking out a hotel when you are on the road. We hit the lottery on this one. From the time we walked in the front door it was a pleasant experience. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was very clean throughout. The area was quiet. We had a great night’s sleep. Highly recommend this one.
