Worst La Quinta ever

Based in this stay, I will never book a LaQuinta hotel sight un seen again. Absolutely filthy, hair all over the bathroom, dirty tub, sink, tile floor had dirty foot prints, bed had bugs disgusting.

The front desk clear was nice but the environment was not. I requested this room online and remember clicking on an option for non smoking room. The room reeked of smoke. We were tired and a bit afraid to go back outside so we dealt with it.

A little out of our way, but only place that would accept our pets (2 dogs bigger than 60 pounds). Older hotel facility, room was not completely clean. But definitely worth the stay. Staff was awesome.

I entered to check staff was arguing back and forth and if I had not already paid in advance I would have left. People hanging around almight afraid to get to sleep waiting for daylight to leave never go again

Stop in between the beach

Pros: It was half way to Gulfport.
Cons: Remodel
Location: There are restaurant around.
First the air was not working properly. The tub was dirt. The tv picture had snow in it you could bare make out the picture. The pool was dirty. The ice machine was broke down we had to walk all away from the back to another. We think the put us on the side we people who was living a hotel. There was people talking loud and slamming car doors all night. When we check in the clerk just gave us a key didn't tell us where to go, and then when we check out she couldn't even print our receipt.

Not a pleasant experience

We stopped to sleep and shower on our way home from vacation. The staff was ok at check in. When we got to our room it seemed overall clean, but there were burn holes in all the furniture and burns up and down the side of the tub. The tub was atrocious! Stained and the water was running, not dripping, running. We were afraid to shower due to the looks of the tub. We slept and got back on the road. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Drive a few extra miles and stay at the same hotel in Meridan, MS. It was MUCH nicer.

Exterior doors with shady customers - bad part of.

If it wasn't so late when I checked in, I would have walked out and gone across the Highway to The Holiday Inn or the Marriott property. Unsafe feeling place.

Not the worst I've stayed at - but pretty close!

We stayed at a La Quinta in Nashville the night before and were shocked at the stark differences. The room was much smaller, not all the light fixtures worked (including the light in the bathroom!), the mattress had apparent dips in it, the bathtub had been melted and stained by cigarettes. Maybe the only positive is the selection of chain restaurants nearby. However, we experienced our worst ever Red Lobster dinner here......
