Excellent hotel!

Front Desk personnel were the best - friendly, helpful and everyone had a great attitude. The room was comfortable and clean. The parking lot was clean, well lit, and convenient. The only dissapointment I had was not getting the carpet vacuumed each day.

This hotel is in a great location--easy to get to, close to lots of restaurants, Bass Pro Shop, wonderful value.

Had reservations. Got in at mid-night, checking in within 2 minutes. Everything was ready, desk manager was very friendly. Had asked for a room on first floor near end exit door and was exactly what I asked for. Room was very clean. Beds comfortable. Breakfast was as expected for this class of hotel. I go to Jackson for business every month and intend to stay here each time.
