Good dog walking area. Breakfast left something to be desired - eggs were dry, no refills for bacon when only scraps were left, hot water for tea wasn’t labeled so you didn’t know it was there, and there was no salt and pepper.

The room was spotless and the bed very comfortable. It was a very large room to boot! The manager made a huge effort to find a charging cord I left behind and with success, I was able to pick it up! Thank you for such excellent service!

I would like to say a HUGE thank you to LaQuisha and Sarita at the front desk! Their assistance and coordination in getting us settled in, as well as accommodating our additional room requests (related to the dogs traveling with us) was way above and beyond. They are truly an asset to your organization and very much appreciated by me! I would not hesitate to make this a regular stop on our travels. Thank you so much ladies!

Super clean, friendly helpful staff. Property at crossroads without any outdoor area but does have ample parking. The hotel structure appears to be wood framed and I could hear my neighbor snoring and footsteps from 2nd floor above me. This was not a big issues as fell into a deep sleep on the plush bed with overstuffed pillows. Based upon the good quality and reasonable price I decided to add another night to my stay

Too much noise from traffic on roads around hotel. If I had ear plugs it would have probably been fine. Room was nice, man at front desk was very friendly and helpful.

The staff was friendly, helpful, and professional. The facility was clean and orderly, and the grounds were the nicest of the four hotels we stayed at in Alabama. The breakfast was ample with a wide variety of choices. Our room was quiet and comfortable. We were well-pleased with our stay.

Not a good experience
I have stayed in La Quinta in the past and they have always been good. Sadly, this one was very dirty, smelt like mildew and mold had a baby and was not comfortable but we were too tired after traveling many miles to leave. The bathroom walls were dirty the lamp had food or something on it, and there were other parts of the room that seemed like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. The only positive was the staff that greeted us and the price. Also the pillows were terrible!! They were small hard squares that made it hard to sleep comfortably on. So that good night of sleep we were desperately needing didn't. I hate to leave a bad review but sadly I don't have much good to say and feel like corporate needs to know.

One of the nastiest places I’ve ever stayed at. Bedding was stained. Beds hastily made. Moldy bathroom. Towels looked dirty. Tub had standing water and a pubic hair in it.

The only thing that was a downer was not the fault of the hotel. We had our dog with us and the people in the room above us had a child that was running from one end of the room to the other until about 3 AM. Our dog would hear this and bark. We would shush her and she would quiet down. This went on almost all night. The last thing we wanted was for our dog to keep anyone awake. Great hotel though!! Will stay again.

It was a great stay! We were headed to Dallas and it was a great place to stay for a break. Quick check-in, rooms are much better than expected compared to other La Quinta’s.

There was long hair on the sheets in both beds and one pillow had makeup and a small amount of dried blood on it. A pillow on the other bed was stained yellow which smelled like urine.

During our stay, after returning from dinner all the disabled parking was taken. The next morning when we were leaving early in the morning, I noticed one of the disabled spots was filled by a hotel's marked van. When i went to the front desk to mention it and ask if it could be moved so i could get everything into our van, the person told me they didn't know it was there and they couldn't move it for an hour because they were the only one working. As I moved my van to another newly emptied disabled spot 5 minutes later, that same worker was moving the van out of the spot. This was the second time that particular worker lied to me. Earlier she had told me she wasnt going to make anymore eggs for the rest of the morning, despite putting some out 2 minutes later (I was going to ask to get some before it went into the container that was directly adjacent to pork, an allergen for my husband). Their public bathroom was also closed. The night we arrived a different front desk worker was helpful in that regard and got my husband into the room ASAP so he could use a disabled bathroom while I continued to park and finish the check in.
