“Stay away from this dirty, unmanaged hotel!!!!!!!!”

There is no staff at this hotel. The front desk was often empty, allowing for homeless individuals to enter and stay in the lobby. When a couple in the next room was having a domestic dispute at 2am we asked the manager to call the police. They refused and told us to 'be quiet'. I called the police and they were not happy. This hotel looks good from the outside, but lacks the management necessary to 1) keep rooms clean and 2) keep customers safe. Also, the managers told us that the pool would be open in April, it was not, even though the temperature outside was above 85 degrees during our stay.
