Super 8 Clinton

The first room that we were assigned was not clean. There were cigarette buds in the ash tray, dirty towels in the bathroom, the sink was dirty and also the sheets. After about 15 minutes they decided to give me another room after they claim they could not because we had book through you all. The second room was okay, but they was a roach crawling up the wall and a bug in the bathroom. I will never stay at another Super 8, I will pay extra to stay somewhere a lot nicer.

Hotel was very clean in lobby and in room...pool was clean and well maintained. Loved that there was a small refrigerator and microwave in room. Room smelled excellent....A/C worked great. Breakfast was basic and simple but did the trick.

Driving from Dallas to Georgia with our 14 month old, we were looking for an inexpensive, but decent place to stay to split up our trip between two days. I am so glad that I chose the Super 8 Clinton! The desk clerk was so friendly and accomodating...he had the playpen already setup in the room for us. Also, the coke machine did not dispense my drink, so he used the money from his own pocket to get me a replacement no questions asked. We were unexpectedly surprised to see that our room had a microwave AND refrigerator WITH freezer as my son was on medication that needed to be refrigerated and we had a freezer bag that we used in the car that needed to be kept frozen, so I was not sure what I was going to do and then we walked in our room and my problem was solved! I also have to mention the breakfast...really above and beyond for a two star Super 8! Two waffle machines to make your own waffles using pre-mixed batter, cereal, pastries, fruit and I could go on. For the money, you just cannot beat the Super 8 Clinton. We stayed there on our way to Georgia and on our way back a week later and both stays exceeded expectations.

Most of our stays have been on the weekends. Normally we stay on the first floor but were on the second floor for this trip. The gentleman on duty helped us get our things upstairs. This was over and beyond what we could have expected. They are kind and courteous. We just love the breakfast in the morning. Really helps to get you moving and the variety pleases even the pickiest eaters. The quality service keeps us going back.

Outstanding location, located right across from I20 easy access to resturants, shopping center, stores etc. Downtown Clinton 3-5 min, Jackson and Vicksburg short drives east and west.

We loved this hotel, it was very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and very convenient location.

I booked the hotel for two nights through Hotel.com. When returning to the hotel the second day, I had found that they had moved all my things from my room, and had me booked in another room.
