Good location but could use some little repairsPosted Aug 8, 2014
Pros: Location and layout of condo great.
Cons: Appearance of the inside of the condo. Little repairs go a long way, some paint touch ups and replacement of microwave.
Location: Great location. Historic district no more than twenty minutes away with plenty of shops and restaurant to chose from.
Nice area and condo was laid out well. Needed some small repairs, such as paint touch ups and replacing the microwave unit. I thought the price was little high for the condition of the condo and compared to other newer condos in the area,

Nice hotel for the pricePosted Oct 15, 2013
We had to book this condo on last minute. It was in a decent condition and close to the beach. But, small pool and lack of other feature such as gym and bar was the disadvantage.

Great but a bit dated...Posted Mar 13, 2012
Pros: Location..deck...pool...beach....kitchen to cook in...bed ...listening to ocean...size...
Cons: No blow dryer...outdated look...
Location: Perfect...looking att the gorgeous beach...
The location was fantastic and easy to use ...Right on the ocean...the condo was clean and comfortable, although a bit dated. Would have liked some simple amenities...as I went here instead of a hotel...like coffee filters, a blow dryer etc.. It worked great for us instead of a hotel. Had breakfast on the deck watching the sun rise...

Amelia Island CondoPosted Mar 18, 2011 on Hotels.com
The unit had a great view and was well laid out but it was tired and worn, smel;led and needed attention. The cafrpet was very stained, the recliner chair was shot, etc. It needs attention.

Amelia South Condos in Florida-oceanfrontPosted Nov 11, 2010 on Hotels.com
The building is older but the unit we stayed in (I-5) was decorated beautifully and was very comfortable. Granite countertops, coffee maker, patio seating, etc. The building is right on the beach and you get gorgeous sunrises and sunsets over the water. Each unit is individually owned and you may request a specific unit.
