The staff were very kind and helpful in getting me checked in and out. The hotel was okay except that with my room I had to force it open and shut every time I had to leave the room or was just coming back. The TV never worked when I was there either. Overall the stay was fair for the price but could use some improvement in some areas.

I'm sorry about your experience with the front desk lady. We just had an incident with a military group, but not everyone is the same. Thank you for bringing this to my attention I will speak to my staff about how they talk to people.

Thanksgiving travels
The stay to start out with was slow but she figured it out. The bed was super soft and the pillows too. The shower took a little while to warm up but that is normal for a hotel. DO NOT get the water too steamy because the smoke alarm will go off. The water spout did act like it wanted to come off the wall when I turned the shower knob up but I am telling you about the steam, so you don't do what we did. LOL We didn't take part in the breakfast but I am sure it was wonderful. Everything was clean and everyone was nice.

Prior to arriving, we called to get a room early, which the Clerk said we could, but when we arrived, a room was not available yet. We were then told 2 hours then, but 3 hours later, still not available. Another 45 minutes later, finally a room was ready. Rooms we’re definitely not the best, but the staff after the initial bad start were pleasant.

ENORMOUS roaches. First day I saw a dead one near the bathroom. The next morning I woke up with them in my BED!!!! I told the front desk but she said that they’re just water bugs because if the high water table. I have NEVER experienced this before, anywhere. The soles of my feet turned black with filth walking in the floor.

The place was not cleaned inside & out. I understand that they dont have enough help. Its the same where i work. But we witnessed a lot of the house keeper's talking & smoking with some of the people staying their. But they never asked us if we needed anything. We had to go find someone to get shampoo and conditioner for ourselves. We had to get clean towels. They didnt have much of a variety for breakfast. They ran out of milk for anyone that wanted cereal or milk for their coffe. They ran out of sausage. Had a lumit on how many sausages & eggs u could get at a time. We will never stay there agian. I am a wyndham card holder. Never again will we stay there.

I've been staying here around 7 yrs once a month. My mother comes with me and have always got down stairs, we are disabled and can't walk up and down stairs, and the new desk clerk said that's all she had, she lied, finally gave use a down stairs room where we spent 3 not ghts

The place is misleading. The front looks nice and up to date and the rooms are in the back in another building that is crappy. The bathroom door wouldn't shut, the room stunk and they sprayed something and in a little while it was stinking again. We stayed 2 days and cold showers every morning. That place is an insult to Baymont Inns.

The only thing decent about this place is location. Its nothing but a place for out of town construction guys. I would never stay here. The place is run down and needs a lot of work! Doors don't close, hair dryers don't work, drains clogged ect. I did nothing but complain the whole time I was there! I love expedia but you need to remove this place!

Lady at the front desk was friendly. But our room is gross. The previous occupant's underwear and socks are behind the bathroom door. Their used towel (complete with dirt marks) is hanging on the hook in the bathroom behind the door. Makes me wonder if the beds were just remade and what else wasn't cleaned! 😬 There's also no trash can anywhere to be found, so we have to keep running everything outside to a public trash can. The pictures online showed clean updated rooms, but definitely needs some work. There's also black on the bathroom wall by the shower, possibly mold.

I stayed here this weekend and there was a leak on the floor the TV didn't work. The room floor was dirty and had trash on it. I checked in at 0130 therefore there was plenty of time to make this room ready for the price I paid.

Not the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed, but it was fine for a 1-night “passing through” sort of trip. Plus we had a dog with us, so the price was good. Not sure I would stay again, though, give the many other options in the immediate area.

The room, according to clerk had been remodeled. It certainly has a fresh coat of paint, but that was it. There were no trash cans in the room, the microwave was not plugged in nor was there a way to plug it in, the bathroom was dirty, there was an uncovered cut out in the sheet rock in the shower, the floors thruout gritty and dirty, the sink in vanity area was cracked, the electrical outlets were not covered and wires were exposed. The worst part was the infestation of german roaches. We tolerated for the one night we were there, but would never, ever stay here again.

Rooms were a bit tight to move through because of the furniture size. Not a fen if the wood floors that seemed a bit gritty/unclean. Gym was smelly. Continental breakfast area was a bit sparse on food options and servings. Loved how accessible the location was to major restaurants and shopping.

Hotels.com is unreliable
We reserved the room using hotels. com but when we got there the room was under construction/in the middle of being updated. The only reason we reserved the room was for its accessible roll-in shower. It is so difficult to get an accessible room. It seems they are always the first rooms to be unavailable. Anyways, since it was 11pm at night when we arrived, the front desk worker fixed the room as best as she could and gave us the key to the room. The room was barely good enough to sleep in and everything was terrible/unfinished. The mini fridge smelled and had drinks in it already. We guessed the drinks belonged to the construction workers. Worst stay but it's not entirely the hotel's fault. We also blame hotels.com bc they listed the room on their website. Both parties lacked communication to have the correct information up, & this is not the first time something like this has happened to us.
