“Old timey, beachfront motel, nothing special, except location.”
If uou plan to spend much time in your room, this is not for you. If you plan to sleep in it, enjoy the beach, and eat good seafood, reasonably priced across the street, this is a fine place. The staff is pleasant and helpful, and the room is clean and comfortable, for overnight stays.
“Perfectly Satisfactory for the Economy minded traveler”
We were in the area for a conference and found this lodging to be affordable, clean and convenient. Other conference participants paid up to $100 more per night at the conference location and had their credit card numbers stolen. The motel is "Mom and Pop" facility that really tried to meet our needs and give us good information as to where to eat and other amenities in the area. We, definitely, would go back.
“Good small, clean hotel”
Good location. Clean rooms and people were friendly and helpful The cleaning staff was great and eager to make sure that you had everything you needed. Not the Ritz,but for the price it was great! Nothing fancy,just a place to sleep. Small,but nice pool. We would stay again.
“One the beach....old style”
My daughter and I enjoyed our stay. We chose this hotel because it was directly on the beach...rare find for the area. But, if you are looking for three star plus...look on. It is really old, clean...but old. It turned chilly while we were there and we attempte to turn on the heat. It stunk like the first time always does....then the smoke alarm went mad. We cut it off and used our extra blanket from home. For a no frill stay it is perfect, but don't try to impress someone by taking them here. Staff was really nice.

Clean and comfy. Not a high frills hotel but a great inexpensive getaway. The pool is on the ocean. What more can you want?
“Very Disappointed!!”
The location on the Ocean was THE only good thing about it at all. Rust was everywhere, maintenance was at a minimum. It appeared workman were living there, and were outside a lot of time. It looked like a hotel who had seen better times, needs a complete overhaul. Now, I'm wondering if the reason there were no reviews of this hotel was because there wasn't anything favorable to write about.
