Wonderful room and staff.

Pros: Everything!
Cons: The pool could be kept a little cleaner. Needed to be skimmed and vaccumed better.
Location: Great location. Close to the beach, shopping and a lots of great places to eat.
We had a nice, clean room. Your staff is friendly and very helpful. We enjoyed our stay and plan on returning next year.

Pros: Location. Breakfast

Location: Close to base and housing.

Pros: Location. Safe location. Not a dump.
Cons: New mattresses
Location: Great location. It's the beach area.
Wanted to stay close to my daughter on Mayport Rd for USS Vicksburg homecoming. Hotel was clean, and safe. The bed was uncomfortable, but I did not attempt to upgrade, etc...No other complaints.

Nice staff but didn't feel the safest.

Chose this hotel because it had decent reviews decent price & minutes from where we were going to be during our time in Florida. Got there & saw it wasn't in the best part of town. We went inside to check in & the staff was great. Once in the rooms we noticed the frig had dirty rags in it, the floor felt dirty so we kept sandels on the whole time. We had a dehumidifier in our room that had to be emptied(by ourselves) more then once & the air conditioner was leaking so the surounding area of the floor was wet. We stayed two nights & the first night someone(we're assuming another guest that watched us go into our room) continually knocked on our door at 245am & when we tried to look out the key hole they covered it. We didn't answer as we had figured if the office needed us they would of called us. Next time we make a quick trip down to Florida we will not be staying at this hotel.

Staff went above and beyond

Pros: Location near the naval station at Mayport. Nice little pool to relax in. Nice staff
Cons: Air out the rooms to decrease cleaning smell
I screwed up and shorted my stay by a day. The staff was very effecient in getting me the extra night(worth the higher priced charged). The room was typical but had a constant cleaner order to it that was noticable at all times. Unfortunately the food should be considered of fair to poor quality- scrambled eggs that looked like they came from a box.

Pros: very clean
Cons: main thing is attentiveness to customer as well as minor tweaks to certain things in the room.
Location: Not much is nearby and about ten minutes to the beach. easy to access and a great location to visit the local Navy base
Shower head had no pressure, and front desk helped two people while in the process of helping us. We were trying to check in and while she was doing that she stopped told us to hold on politely and proceeded to help two other people before returning to us.

Great hotel near Hanna Park

Facilities were nice and were clean. Breakfast area should be larger to accommodate the morning line for waffles.

Not a good experience.

Bad staff. Bad smelling room. Vending machines empty of various items. I can tell that This is one of those hotels where staff is always new due to high turnover, management stinks and owners are cheap. We Will not be back. Bad staff. Bad smelling room.
