Everyday for the first 3 days of our stay, of a 6 night stay, we let the front end staff know that the shower bar was broken. Which made it messy to take a shower, to compensate you’d use all your provided towels to sop up the floor. That was never fixed the entire time of our stay. Ended up having to request towels daily to take shower, as the room was not cleaned for those days either. At 2:00 a.m. on the last night, we were woken up by the hotel guy... who checked us in last Saturday... Was trying to give the room to someone else and said we aren't supposed to be in this room as he opened our door and proceeded to wake us up... we ended up just getting dressed and headed to the airport early as there was no way we would be able to feel safe there any longer... He ended up apologizing, after he figured out that there was a mistake… Lol… Just a thought, if they had checked us out 2 days earlier, why did our room card continue to open the door? They said they had accidentally checked us out 2 days earlier and would refund us for the last 2 days of our stay. I’ve been home for 2 days at this point and still haven’t received the mentioned credit.
