“It was OK.”

We had plumbing issues the first day. We were given another room, but the plumbing was not that good either. The three days we had breakfast there it was kind of hit and miss as to what would be available. The beds were terrible and the pillows bad. The bathrooms were very, very small. Air conditioning was loud and ineffeicent. Internet access was slow and difficult to logon.

Area recommendations

Jacksonville is large and one should pick an area close to what you want.

“was ok”

Hotel was very nice and clean. 1 out of 2 elevators was not functional. had to travel to 4th floor for ice, none of the other floors had functional ice vending. Offered hot breakfast but ran out of eggs at 8am and no more available, coffee was luke warm and not very good. Room itself was great and very comfortable. Location was perfect.

“Trip to see Gramma”

The hotel offers a nice breakfast variety as part of the room expense. The staff is friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions and helped out when my room key did not work. I would stay there again. 10 to 15 minutes from the beach.

Area recommendations

I would recommend the sea shore at JAX beaches and the Landing.

Outdoors or beach

Take Butler Blvd to A1A north, then take S 6th St which takes you to a parking lot at the beach. It has a ramp walkway over the sand dune for handicap access.

“Comfort Suites- #1”

the hotel was very clean and neat in appearance. Staff was wonderful and friendly. The room was very clean, well stocked with linens and essentials. The comfort of the room was great. A/C worked, tv worked, wireless worked, etc. A great place to stay!!! A+++
