The property was ok. Staff was nice and helpful! When we got to the room the door cracked open with inside security latch so that was a little concerning. Some of the towels weren’t white but others were. The sink was chipped in the bowl and then we turned on the TV the screen was going out and blacked out bars. There were crumbs at the edge of the bed on the floor.

From the outside it looks brand new and beautiful but on the inside it is different. It smells like it has been a smoked in facility that is trying to mask the smell with cleaning products. The plug in on one wall doesn’t hold the charger. It keeps falling out. The fan in the living room area where the couch is is shaking and squeaking. The bed was comfortable and clean.

The carpet was filthy and torn in places. The air vent was full of dust. The room had a funky smell. Would NOT recommend.

The a/c rattled and had a board underneath to help
Prop it in place. The room had a pet odor. The table surfaces needed to be wiped down. The room appeared uncared for.

Worse property we have stayed in, room carpet badly stained multiple areas, refused to refund, very unhappy with motel.

I was surprised by the rating on hotels for this location once we arrived. It is aging and showed the signs. Staff was very friendly though so I wouldn’t want to give negative feedback on them. I would not rate this as high as it is. Mainly the rating set higher expectations than the aging facility can meet. The air quality was poor and mixed with the cleaning agents used we found ourselves unable to stay. Granted my son and I were getting over colds so that made it harder. I think the overall rating and price should have been lower considering nearby places being much newer and nicer for not much more. Adjusting the ratings and fee would put it more inline with where the aging facility really stands in my opinion.

The hotel was ok. Shout out to the young lady that worked the evening shift at the front desk. She was super friendly, kind and helpful. I did not get her name but she was working the desk around 9 or 10 pm on Saturday night.

I forget what motel it is right beside Country Inn & Suites by Radisson where I stayed. Too much noise and ratchetness going on around their property which is a little too close for my comfort. However I enjoyed my stay at this location, I just had to watch my back going and coming in. Thanks for the hospitality.

The property smelled damp snd rooms were not very clean ( air vents and such were layered in dust) The paint was peeling on the room doors and walls.
After specifically choosing a hotel with a pool, the pool was green/ unusable for our entire stay despite being assured it would be fixed each day.
The ice machine was out of order for the last day of our stay and there was no other ice available. The staff was friendly and as helpful as they could be with the things they could control.

Wow, Michele I can't even believe the experience that you've faced while staying at our location. Thank you very much for choosing our location to vacation as well as extending while staying with us.I had a meeting with housekeeping and management regarding any touch-ups or paint issues we're having to be resolved immediately. The pool is under repair due to a failed pump and we deeply apoligize that the pool company aquaman informing us daily that the pool will be fixed without specific details on when the needed parts will actually arrive for repair. Also we apoligize regarding the ice machince it is very hot outside and it's an inncovience to not have that running properly for use. These issues ARE being handled this week and we hope that you will stay with us in the future for a greater stay. Thank you again very much and I empathize with your concerns.
