“Jacksonville/Orange Park Area”

Recently stayed there for one week. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Hotel location was a little close to the freeway but other than that, was a nice hotel for the price. Restaurants were close by. I cannot say enough about the friendliness of the front desk staff--you found some good ones with the ones that were there, especially the women who worked at night! When booking at this specific hotel I also considered other hotels with cheaper pricing but noticed that the other hotels adjacent were cheaper but the reviews prevented me from using those other hotels. This hotel was definitely worth the price paid to stay there.

“Clean, comfortable and a lot like being at home”

The hotel was very nice. It was extremely clean and comfortable. Country touches like an oak staircase were very homey. The most amazing part was the helpfulness and friendliness of the Staff. They were so nice, it was hard to believe we weren't long lost friends. Nice buffet breakfast as well as wine and snacks on week nights. Very convenient after a long HOT day outside.

Loved the Orange Park section. Hotel was convenient to many eating places as well as the Orange Park Mall. Just seconds away from I95. Great location for travelers.

“Nice Surprise”

The Country Inn & Suites in a very nice Hotel. The staff is so pleasant. The hotel was clean and neat. They bake cookies all day which are wonderful and make the place feel like home. The breakfast is fantastic. Overall a great place and would stay there again and recommend it a friend. Too bad they share such close proximity to the LaQuinta and the Super. The Country Inn is far superior to the hotels in that area. Nadene

“I would stay here again.”

I am a female and traveled alone. I felt perfectly safe in and around the hotel. I am a stickler about cleanliness and I thought my room was in tip top shape! I am from Jacksonville/Orange Park, so I knew my way around and knew the neighborhood and area, this is one of the main reasons I stayed here. The staff was friendly and I have no complaints. However, if you have never been here, it is a little tricky to find the hotel. You cannot see the hotel from Blanding Blvd, just stay on Youngerman and follow it all the way and the hotel is the last one on the left.

Area recommendations

Orange Park/south Jacksonville, Mandarin, Baymeadows, JTB. These are nice and safe places to be. Do not stay around Emerson St. or Philips Hwy, except south Philips Hwy.

Very nice. Clean. The room that I was in was away from the expressway and was very quiet. I stayed three days for meetings and would definitely return.
