I enjoyed my stay at this new hotel. It is extremely convenient to the office park I visit regularly and the rooms are well appointed and clean. Free Internet hook-up is great for business travel. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast buffet and dinner menu with happy hour prices were great too.

“Great Hotel”

This was a really nice & super clean hotel. Granted I only stayed 1 night but I slept GREAT since the bed was sooo comfortable. This is a brand new hotel so even a relative who lives 10 minutes away in Julington Creek didn't even know this hotel existed. My relative even came to check out the hotel for himself & he was very impressed at how modern & updated the front desk area & our room were. The only 'slight' downfall for this hotel is that it is located right next to a major medical center so we heard numerous ambulance sirens during the day coming & going from the center. But if you have the air conditioning on & the window closed, you won't be kept awake by it. Yes, you CAN even open the window which most hotels don't even offer! By the front desk, there is a small 'mini mart' where you can buy food or personal items if needed. You can even get a pint of ice cream there for your midnight snack! There's an Applebee's & a Starbucks right next to the hotel also which was nice since I need my Starbucks every morning. But there is a coffee maker in your room in case you don't want to make the jaunt across the parking lot for your morning brew. Just down the street from the hotel less than 1 mile away are numerous other stores & restaurants for all your needs. This hotel is in a convenient location right by 9A & 95. It's easy to find using Mapquest directions. I would definitely stay there again !

this hotel was exactly what I expected it to be! Check in was extremely fast and easy........the room was well-equiped with fridge, microwave, coffee set-up, flat screen tv..........WONDERFUL bedding and a nice sitting area. Coffee and cookies available in the lobby which was also a great meeting place with comfortable sitting nooks, fireplace, computer area, bar etc. Just what you'd expect from Courtyard at Marriott. Definitely recommend it.

“Great value, convenient location”

Jacksonville is a very large, spread out place, so it's important to find a hotel that is conveniently located to where you need to travel to within the city. This location is surprisingly convenient if you are interested in the beaches area or Intercoastal West. I would highly recommend it if you are in Jacksonville for sight-seeing or house-hunting (as we were) and simply need a quiet, comfortable, CLEAN, modern place to stay at night. The rates are great considering the high quality of the hotel. It's convenient to Starbucks and Applebees, just across the parking lot. Also, it's even a short 30 miles to St. Augustine which is so worth the drive.

“Return Trip”

New hotel and is NOT on your gps. Look for Old St Augustine Road exit off of 95 to get there and go east. Only complaint was directions from the front desk to go to movies and they gave me wrong directions and I missed the movie.
