Great Night Sleep

Pros: The extras and not a inflated price tag.
The room was very clean. It came with a micro wave, mini fridge and coffee maker. The bed was very nice, almost as good as home. The WIFI is very good too. I was able to watch HULU with no problems.

Good place to stay

Pros: It was clean and the atmosphere relaxed.
Cons: Next time I book a room I will ask for a handicappped accessible room. Not enough hand bars in the tub. And the restaurant hours were weird.
Location: Not enough to do close by, Shop at Walmart or eat at Ruby Tuesdays. We were there to visit friends so we relaxed alot.
This hotel was great, the staff were so friendly and helpful. We were there for a week and it was a good fit for what we wanted to do.

Better than expected!

This hotel even smelled good! The rooms were very nice and clean, and the beds were super comfortable. We fell asleep instantly. The toiletries were even top notch, Paul Mitchell hair products. The vent in the bathroom didn't work, and the room had only one (foggy) mirror that my daughter and I had to share. The lobby was very modern and impressive, with a very nice bistro and a Starbucks. We stayed in three hotels last week, and this was definitely the best.

Overnight Stay

Pros: Location, appearance, and the staff.
Location: Port, shopping and eateries.
Stayed one night prior to taking a cruise. The hotel was easy to find and close to the Jacksonville Port. The area was quite and located near shopping and eateries. The room was updated, clean, and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable as was the bedding.

The hotel was great. The manager there was the best. When I booked my stay online I didn't realize I picked the wrong days. When I got an email asking how my stay was I became concerned and pulled up my info and realized I booked it for the wrong weekend. This had me so worried because I was on my way to JACKSONVILLE at the moment. I panicked and immediately called the hotel and advised the of my mistake and they told me it was not an issue, they gave me a room and did not charge me for it they gave me credit for the room I didn't show up to use because of my mistake in booking. This was the first time I have ever had a hotel go this far for me. I really am thankful they were understanding. I give the hotel a 10 out of 10. Thanks guys
